Jacque is the best diving instructor. He had so much patience with me. Gave me excellent advices. Took me to amazing dives. Shared his passion for " Nubies" and underwater photography. His wife Sandra was always there to assist and give you advice. Food was excellent quality. Made fresh on premises. No need to go anywhere else to eat. Coral...

We took one of the bungalows, right on the beach, two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an open veranda living area, totally secluded or just a short walk through the sand to the main dining and bar area, perfect, seclusion or privacy as you wanted. The place is fabulous, clean, comfortable, friendly, great food and service ten days of bliss...

The most beautiful secluded place, lovely clean rooms and spacious bathrooms that lead right onto the sea. Delicious food and friendly staff ready to help with anything! - beautiful gardens which are also full of geckos and chameleons. *HIGHLIGHT was sitting by the bar on the beach watching baby turtles surface. Magical, special place!

An interesting 50 minute drive from Nosy Be airport through Hellville to the west coast of the island. Then a 15 minute boat trip to Nosy Sakatia and Sakatia Lodge. We were welcomed on the beach by our host and owner Jose, while our luggage was taken to our comfortable room. Great accommodation, beautiful gardens, warm blue sea (28degC), great...

From the welcome to the good bye was just one feast. The garden is beautiful, the respect for nature is humbling. The gardeners would bring us the smallest geckos to touch, point out a scares bird and informed us about the sacred tree and forest. The food is magnificent. You will not find better at any European country. The diving...

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful seven nights, six days at Sakatia Lodge in December 2016. It was a long anticipated holiday and from our welcome by Jacques on landing at the beach it just got better. Sandra, Jacques' wife, joined us while we enjoyed iced tea and delicious snacks for a briefing on the lodge. Care is taken...

We were part of a group, and we stayed in the smaller cottages that was beautiful and cozy. Dinners was fine and served by the friendliest staff. Breakfast is not the typical fry-up and consist mainly of fruit, cake and eggs of your choice. Management advised us not to drink water from the tap, so we had to buy. This...
