This is my third stay in the hotel. The staff is very kind and warm. Perfect location, an easy walk to Centro or the City Museum to see a play. I am sure that I will be back many times. Highly recommended ! I like rooms 16 and 17 in the back and more quiet.

Other reviewers accurately sum up the pluses and minuses of this hotel. It is an excellent value and deserves top ratings for the type of hotel that it is. However, the sound carries very well in the hotel. Luckily, the room comes with a very noisy floor fan. Just turn it on, turn it to face the wall if you... More

A very personal hotel, being a small (18 room) hotel, the attention to detail is extreme! this hotel is located 4 blocks from main plazas in the historic center... an old house (casona) converted into a boutique hotel, the rooms are not very spacious, but enough to be comfortable, same applies to the bathroom. The personnel in front desk, cleaning... More

What great staff! However, if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you, unless you get a second story room. We stay in room 10, ground floor with a nice sliding door to an open space (almost a patio?). We could hear all from the above and surrounding rooms. On the plus side, we LOVED the... More

Here's what's great about the Hotel Quinta Lucca. 1. It's ideally locally just three blocks from the heart of the historic district. 2. The staff is wonderful. They're friendly and helpful in every way possible. 4. There's a great light breakfast with a killer fruit plate as well as all the fresh OJ and coffee I wanted and cereal and... More

There are plenty of hotels in QRO in this price and quality range. It isn't an 1800's casona, but very pleasant and quiet just the same, at a somewhat lower rate than others. A good location with free parking about 1/2 a block away. We had the master suite and slept for over 10 hours which we never do. Comfy... More

On the plus side: friendly staff, nice continental breakfast in nice garden, good location, good wifi, fair price. On the negative side, the beds (room 7 anyway) were the hardest anywhere we have traveled. I like a firm mattress but these were rock-hard! Also, no cross ventilation and with exterior lighting at night we had to choose between stuffy room... More

Everything from check-in to check-out was a pleasure. My room, a junior suite, overlooked the courtyard where coffee and breakfast is served every morning. The rooms are spacious and clean (although I do wish they had room safes). The personnel are pleasant and accommodating. Everything you could want to do in Queretaro is right at your doorstep here: highly recommended.

I was surprised how that little entrance had such good quality of rooms, well done renovated and well preserved original house. Small but not at the same time and cute. Loved the breakfast area in the garden. And literally a couple of blocks from cultural and historical downtown which I recommend you spend the evening walking around it! I could've... More
