Stayed here for the first 4 days of January 2017. It's on the semi pedestrian street that leads to Jardin Zegua. So there is lots of foot traffic outside. But inside the hotel it's very quiet. Had breakfast each day in the restaurant and it was very good. The hotel is the typical colonial with a large court yard that...

We have only eaten in the restaurant which is a beautiful location (see photos) and with great food. We particularly like the cream of pepper soup served in a capuchino cup. My wife left her wallet there and 2 hours later when we realised it was missing we found the staff had it safely stored. Wonderful shop on site too...

We only stayed for a couple of nights, but the hotel was great. It was like staying in a museum. Restaurants and plazas within walking distance. Staff was great. I recommend this hotel if you are staying in the center of Qro. Driving in this area can be tricky, but the hotel offered a valet service to park the car...

Second time I visit this place and I am extremely irritated with the negative reviews last travelers posted here. They were certainly a lie and they have the evil intention of destroying the hotel reputation. The hotel can't be better. This is a very old house and obviously the furniture is old. But that is exactly what gives charm to...

Extremely nice place and location. Seems to be dying a slow death. The place is for sale and everyone knows it. Can't be making any money so they aren't putting in money into the place. Just trying to sell

It is a beautiful building but not well maintained, you can notice an characteristic odor from the furniture and carpets since you enter in the hotel. The manager doesn't know about customer service, good manners and shows total desinterestedness of mantaining a beautiful hotel in good condition. It's a shame

Hello While the vast majority of my reviews are positive, I feel compelled to share the issues I'm facing so you don't go through this yourself. I had planned to travel to this property in October but had to change plans. I followed the process to cancel my reservation on time and well ahead of the last date to do...

The best thing about the Marquesa is its location in Centro. Perfect for enjoying the city treats. The staff were friendly. The lobby area of the old mansion is a delight but showing its age less than gracefully, the room OK but less than expected. Looking a tad tired. Room comments following are related to our room (Santa Maria) and...

I am going to queretaro for business. During the weekend I am looking forward having a breakfast in this quiet and lovely place reading a good. Now is your turn to try! Also I like to go to central market to buy fruit and vegetable that I don't have as the same quality in France.

The hotel is one of the oldest houses in Queretaro! The rooms are big, although the furniture is a little outdated and worn. The rooms on the side are nice because you can open the windows and get fresh air. But, be aware that on the weekends those rooms noisy. We loved the location! Most other hotels are in plazas...
