I paid 1164 pesos for 2 nights in a single room, that´s about 46 pounds UK. The room was pretty basic and small with a fan. No safe in the room, but they had one at reception. I didn't use it though. The walls were solid enough, no paper thin walls here. With the fan on, I was able to... More

The hotel is well located, but we found cucarachas in one room we were in front of one extractor of air, who do incredible noise impossible to sleep, is the room 128. The bathroom in this room is very little and for clean your hands all the water goes to the floor because it was broke, so we asked to... More

This was one of the first hotels on Queretaro's beautiful alameda. Now there are 3 more hotels just in the same position, including a brand new 5-star one, so the quality and popularity of this hotel have decreased along with its prices. If you want a budget accomodation a few blocks from downtown Queretaro this is a good option, but... More

Modern, business-type hotel. I paid $40/night. Credit cards accepted. Single room was cramped and small. Shower was OK, plenty of hot water. Great weekend breakfast buffet. Restaurant and café onsite which are OK. Business center with computer terminals. Wifi. Short walk to the Plaza Mayor. You'll be fine here, but you won't be raving about it...

I stayed here with a group in July 2014. We had six rooms total. The hotel had a great location about 5-7 minute walk from the central jardin. It is also right across the street from a pretty park that would be good for walking or jogging. The lobby area is very small, but there is a very nice coffee... More

The hotel has a good location and the facilities are decent enough for the prize (No international standards, if you know what I mean). However, I was happy with that. My problem was the noise, and I'm not talking about regular traffic noise coming from the street, but from the roof-top bar. Believe it or not, loud electronic music freely... More

Hotel Impala is well located, has a friendly staff, and it is fairly clean. It is rated 4 stars, but it does not have the advantages it should: the room service Wi-Fi does not work most of the time, no swimming pool, no breakfast included (not even complementary morning coffee). The lobby space was sacrificed to put a coffee shop.... More

I would not want to stay anywhere else in Q-Town. This hotel exemplifies the meaning of customer service. Each day of our four day stay we were well taken care of. The hotel is clean and neat. Most of the rooms have a/c, but you will want to request it when you book and check in, if you are traveling... More

I liked this hotel. It was undergoing renovation, and I got a recently renovated room - so perhaps a lot depends on whether your room's been done out yet or not. My room was clean and nicely decorated. The air con didn't work, but there was a fan which was fine in late July. The bathroom was new and spotless.... More

As others have said, the biggest problem is the noise. If you can sleep through it, the location is very good for the price. The room we had was filled with the king size bed. There isn't much room for anything else. One of the two towels we had had a hole in it. The room had no coffeemaker. My... More
