    The hotel is nice, but the noise is terrible. There are musicians that play forever. Good if you are here for fun. Not acceptable if you have business to do. It also seems impossible to talk to the receptionist by phone.

    Yes the hotel has an elevator. Which is good as there are a lot of steps to the first floor.
