This motel is absolutely disgusting. Paint peeling off the wall, which were filthy. The SMELL in the room was so rancid, I had to go out and buy spray. The bathroom, I'm not even going to go there. The sheets and blankets felts like sandpaper. This was a last minute stop, thank goodness we were leaving in the morning. DONT... More

We had to travel to Woodstock NY three times this summer as our son was cast at the Woodstock Playhouse. Not only was everything in Woodstock mostly booked, what we could find was very expensive. We took our chances on the Superlodge and were very pleased. This is not a high end hotel and there are very few amenities aside... More

This was my second stay at the Superlodge. I stayed here last year at the same time (end of July) when my daughter attended the HITS horse show in Saugerties. They need to seriously do some maintenance and upgrades if they want to continue charging $90 a night. The paint was peeling off the roof of the hotel, we arrived... More

I knew this was not a really highly rated hotel but who knew how much lower than my expectations it turned out to be. Where to start? A plus to the hotel was the often mentioned diner next dorr. CLOSED. The desk clerk said it had been sold and was under renovation. Next--the seasonal pool. I was pretty sure we... More

The paint is peeling off the roof (showing blue underneath). The rooms smell moldy. Every piece of equipment in the lobby is out of order. The diner has been under renovation (for years by the look of it) but you can still make reservations there.

I booked reservations on Friday to attend a concert in the area; but was forced to cancel 4 hours later. I found out a month later that they had charged my card for the full reservation. Beware of this policy that reservations need to be cancelled 2 days in advance! They eventually refunded 50% of the fees, but this is... More

Easy to find. But you need a vehicle to go anywhere from here. Place is quite dated, with exterior in need of TLC, pool was closed, hallways looking dingy, rooms are large with basic amenities, just OK.

As a lot of north eastern hotels they have to cut back during the winter. This hotel turns off heating to all internal halls, fitness room, etc... They have an indoor swimming pool but it's not available during winter. I guess this can be attributed to global climate change, they blame everything on the republicans. My room was nice but... Spent one night in a king, smoking, jacuzzi room for $69. Very friendly front desk. Hot coffee at 6 am in the front office. Hallways a bit dingy but we didn't sleep in the hall. Room was clean, large and well worth it. Will surely use this motel again.
