Probably the best available hotel in Keren. But really poor service. The restaurant was terrible for speed of delivering food. I think we waited over 2 hours for pizza. A bit out of town, so you had to drive to reach the Keren sights.

The hotel is situated 2 km from the city center on the road to Asmara. The rooms are big and clean. The breakfast is avaliable in the restaurant in the lobby floor. There is no internet acces. It is the only decent accommodation option in town.

This is the best hotel in town, used by a number of Eritrean tour operators. It is a bit far from the city centre, so a vehicle is needed. My room was quite basic, yet spacious and clean, with a large bed and a reasonably-sized bathroom. Restaurant food is decent, though many dishes on the menu are not available. By...

Big room with lots of hot water is always a treat!. The balcony was a plus and lovely place to have a glass of wine and watch the locals go about their end of day routines. Good food and pleasant staff made it a great choice in a very interesting city. The market is a must!

The rooms were basic but it was good to have a balcony. The bar area was nice but they would not serve beer here only in the restaurant. The service in the restaurant was slow but the food was ok. There was no internet access

I didn't expect too much of any hotel in Keren but the Sarina was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, food is good and the bar area great to relax and have a drink and a chat. Service is rather slow, both in the restaurant and when checking out, but unless you're in a real rush...

I love Keren. It is a jewel. The journey from Asmara is like a trip through the pages of National Geographic. The hotel provides much needed comfort and coolness. The balconies attached to the rooms are an unexpected bonus - the standard rooms are spacious, clean, and have great showers, so the deluxe rooms must be amazing. I would definitely...

The hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean surface. Each room has a bathroom with a private hot water boiler. The furniture is in deplorable condition and the rooms could do with a renovation. Unfortunately, I had dropped a pen down, so I had to look under the bed. There was swarming with dust bunnies and...
