The hotel is clean and the room confortable. However amenities are basics. These days you can expect a coffee machine, an iron and functional WIFI. None of this. The TV screen is way to small and the WIFI useless. Keeps disconnecting my cell phone and my computer. I will definitively look for another place next time I am around.

We stayed at the Ridge View Lodge on the recommendation of friends who live nearby and we were very glad we had taken their advice. The people are lovely, the rooms are spacious and well furnished, the parking is plentiful and the breakfast was very good with a wide range of choices. It was a quiet place to be and...

Just returned from a weekend visit. We were there for a day of snowmobiling. We were not disappointed. The guests were all there for the same reason we were. It is snowmobile paradise. It was our first time with a big group riding. Everything we needed was right there. The lodge was very neat and clean. After a long day...

We had to travel here for family visit. Basic"no frills"hotel and has a high price for outdated rooms, thin wall and not much security. Outside doors into the hotel all are unlocked 24/7. Still use actual metal key to lock/unlock room. People near us had party one night and we might as well have been in the same room. We...

We arrived early on a Friday and our room was ready, so we gratefully took a nap before the first event. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. I wish there were bedside tables on both sides of the bed, and that there was coffee available all day. I suggest a Keurig machine, and...

Obviously this is a no-frills hotel, catering to laborers and (seasonal) snowmobilers. It is clean, basic, and conveniently located. The breakfast bar include pastries from Walmart which is quite reflective of the overall standard for this hotel at the base of Lewis County's Tug Hill Plateau.

We had multiple problems with this stay. First, we had family coming in so we booked 4 rooms for Friday night and 6 rooms for Saturday night. This was confirmed upon our 4pm check in on Friday. Apparently, someone had booked us for 8 rooms and we were told we may be charged for the 2 extra rooms even though...

Tracy and her staff were very accommodating during our stay. We would definitely stay here again. I would definitely get the king jacuzzi room again. Check out the water cross competition in june,July and august. Jeb's in town offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great food.

“Being in the back keeps you away from the "late night action" around the community TV. But it's also a long walk in the morning to coffee, and a rough park in the winter. Pick your poison. I personally prefer the middle of the hotel.”
