This hotel is situated right in the middle of town and that's quite good, if you can live with a noisy and colourfull Lokal life right under your windows. That's the most positive about the hotel. The rooms are worn out, the refrigerator didn't work and was not fixed the week we stayed there. The toilet leaked water. Breakfast is...

We had a very bad experience in this hotel. It is impossible to sleep as they have problem with plumbing. We tried to speak to them as it was impossible to sleep. They did not care about it. We tried many hotel in this region but this one is a disaster.

Travelled for a month in Cabo Verde and never had to pay that much for such a bad place. Second floor: if you are taller than 1.5 m, you will have a concussion. Breakfast at 7 is a joke. Well situated if you like to go out.

We booked for 3 nights through Booking.com a "room with a seaview" for the price of 62€/night for 2 people. Everything in Cabo Verde is overpriced so I supposed we shouldn't have been surprised to get poor value for money. When we arrived we found: a view on a concrete wall, a shower leaking all over the bathroom floor and...

I spent 3 nights in this hotel. I looked for something small, nice and local. Les Alizes matches perfectly. The hotel is on the main street in Santa Maria. 2 tiny blocks to the beach. The hotel is on 2 floors, only 10 rooms, if I counted correctly. No elevator. I had no luggage, it was not a problem for...

We had the 'suite', room with sea-view. We only booked one night, because of availability. Slept well, location is excellent, breakfast could be a bit better. Close to all bars and restaurants. Value for money.

Hotel descriptor is accurate. It is in a very convenient location, two minutes from a gorgeous beach. We had a superior room with sea view and huge balcony. Staff were helpful, breakfasts very good. In particular, Diana (manager I think) was extremely helpful especially when I needed to find a dentist. If you don't want the big all inclusive hotels...

Honestly couldn't fault this place, Great receptionist, always smiling and helpful. Let us leave out bags as we arrived early and put them in the room for us when it was ready. Nice clean rooms, fridge was noisy at nice but we just pulled the plug when we slept. Breakfast was a great touch, free buffet style. Free wifi, Very...

The hotel is exactly what you would expect for the price of 40€ per night. You get what you pay for. I really hate big graceless and soul-less resorts so this place seemed to be the right one. It's the perfect location in Sal. Close to all the restaurants, bars, pubs, you get the local vibe and it's only 100m...
