This family run B&B is wonderful in every respect. It is conveniently placed to visit Versailles, Giverny and other places west of Paris. The rooms are really airy and comfortable. There is a sitting area with a fridge and tea making facilities. Breakfast in the conservatory with fruit dishes which are a work of art, croissants and bread with home...

We stopped off here on our way back from the Dordogne to the UK. What struck us was how beautiful the building is, breakfast in the glass room was a treat and we felt as if we were in the turn of the century. We had to go to Versailles for something to eat as all the restaurants were closed...

Stayed in this lovely family run bed and breakfast in the quiet village of Neauphle-le-chateau for 3nights. Very friendly and extremely helpful hosts. Fresh continental breakfast comfortable room. The only downside is that if you don't have a car and only need to travel a short distance taxis will not come to drive you. Apparently taxis are used more widely...

We wanted a location near Versailles and Chartes but not crowded and the village of Neauphle-le-Chateau fit the bill. Le Clos Saint Nicolas is a gated property, in town, with grounds and plenty of parking space. The house has large rooms available and breakfast was served in the conservatory. Our hosts were helpful and conversational. We enjoyed our stay here...

A very lovely private bed and breakfast hotel run by an excellent host. Rooms were very bright and clean and the breakfasts were superb. We were accommodated in separate Gites and enjoyed perfect privacy. It is ideally located for visiting Versailles (less than 30 mins) and we strongly recommend Clos Saint Nicolas as a wonderful place to stay.

I stayed here with my brother and mother, we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was lovely, the hotel itself beautiful and very comfortable, and the owner and her son were so helpful to us. Usually I feel a bit uncomfortable in B&Bs or gites, but this was not at all the typical gite. The outdoor rooms made it feel...
