Lovely restored castle--very fun to be there, especially at night--but as previous reviewers had warned us, the woman running this place is not welcoming. Don't know what the problem is but she was quite curt and cold with us--at least not actively rude, as others reported. It would have been nice to have at least felt like we were not...

beautiful place by a family for educated guests, not for customers. Perhaps time for you to stay in big hotels , not in B&B.....

Small medieval castle on top of a hill now a chambres d'hotes with delightful little terraces and small outdoor pool with a swim-current option. Easy parking. The cheaper rooms are very small and cramped and the bed is too close to the bathroom for privacy but cleaned daily, tidy and cooled by very welcome air conditioning. Typical French breakfast with...

I don't usually review hotels but I have to let people know to avoid this hellhole like the plague! The area is beautiful, with rolling green hills and vineyards. Finding the hotel is difficult, the signs are inadequate and the entrance is hidden. Check in is only between 4:00 and 6:30 pm. When you enter you need to ring the...

Spent two nights here during a road trip through France & Spain & wow what a find it was! Such a beautiful place where the attention to detail is exquisite, every room is decorated sympathetically to the age old castle, each piece of furniture has very carefully been chosen. The lady who runs it is very interesting & an amazing...

We found it! We had all sorts of navigational equipment but drove past twice...poor signage. Get the coordinates! The rooms are fine! We had dinner there twice and the lamb dinner was excellent as was the rabbit. Your hostess will be very helpful for you to get around-ask her. A really fun place!

What a fabulous place. Words cannot adequately describe this beautiful building. We booked for 2 nights and stayed for 3. Our room was small but it did not matter as the views and ambience more than made up for it. Who else can say they've slept in a medieval building. Breakfast is good too with homemade yogurt, jams and juices....

The hotel is in the middle of a tiny hill village, not that easy to find, but you'll be glad once you do find it. It's a restored castle, the rooms are tiny but extremely atmospheric. We had a two room suite which was perfect for a couple and a small child. Gorgeous views, excellent breakfast outside, surrounded by lavender...

Get the GPS coordinates as it is not easy to find your way to this little castle. With address we passed it twice, as signage is minimal. Be sure to have dinner here, ask your hostess Helene, and she will prepare a delightful meal of local fresh ingredients, procured the same day. We ate dinner here twice, first had local...

Stunning. I was lucky enough to stumble upon this place. It is gorgeous. It has been renovated with taste and style. The buildings are Old, historical, charming, comfortable. The surroundings are intimate, warm and welcoming, with nooks and crannies galore. The views across the corbieres are lovely. I adored the time we spent in this place. Hugely recommended!
