We had a lovely stay at Felicity villa. The location of this villa is towards the start of village near venetian castle. Our villa had good privacy, small terrace with sun throughout the day and nice jacuzzi which we enjoyed thoroughly. The breakfast was served in the terrace and was good, especially the orange juice. Please note that the location on booking.com is not the same for all villas. We would have loved the sun loungers in the terrace instead of deck chair, however probably the terrace was small to fit it in. Would recommend to book a stay.

We had two villas, they were about 40M apart along the road. They were both very clean. The one villa had adoor knob fall off, and a plywood able top. A little off putting, but nice. The one villa had three rooms a large outdoor kitchen and a pool and hit tub with lounge chairs. Was very nice and clean and quiet. The other one had a small cave pool, which was cool and was a good size. Had a random tub in the middle of the room, with no hookups and some plumbing covered by a box, guess someone is installing a tub in the bedroom. Who am I to judge. The beds were comfortable, the places were clean. They were convienent to OIA. Our hostess Ezeni communicated with us, and was very friendly. We did not do the breakfast due to our schedule. We did eat at Luno right at the end of OIA, HOLY delicious. …

When we arrived to the hotel they gave us a very dirty room and the big garbage was at the front door with very bad smell. We wanted to talk to the manager, the worker called the manager Ms. Zeine but she didn't accept and she yelled and fight with us. The breakfast was awful and the service of the hotel was really bad.

Perfect stay. Best view, amazing hospitality by staff. Kids love the cosy villa. Staff is very courteous, responsive and helpful. Would love to come back in future !! Jacuzzi is a must try provided weather is nice. Proximity to all Oia tourist spots

Stayed here in September. Downgraded our room without telling us (they oversold our room for first day). Booked a king bed villa, with full kitchen (Castro Villa). Got full bed villa, with a make shift $20 electric griddle (Bliss Villa). No shower, 1/2 the lights not working, broken cupboards, broken umbrella - essentially a run down villa. Property manager told us she upgraded our room— however on all portals, the room was cheaper, smaller than what we booked. They offered to move us for day 2 & 3 but we didn’t want to go pack & unpack with a 1 year old and waste our time in Santorini. We had researched for days before we booked the exact villa because it met all of our needs. Just unfair for them to change the room without consent or acknowledgment. Ruined our Santorini vacation.…

Dear Mr./Mrs. Prath, We would like to thank you for taking the time to share your review in regards to your recent stay at the Amaya Selection of Villas. Although you had indeed made a reservation for the Castro villa, you requested us an earlier check-in because of the baby. Is stated everywhere in our booking channels and in the pre-arrival e-mails that we sent you that our policy states check in at 15.00 and any changes are only possible if there is availability. The only available villa that could meet your request upon your early arrival was the Βliss villa. We therefore suggested you to stay there temporarily to make it easier for you with the baby. We were absolutely willing to move you to the other villa when it was available. We suggested you to move to the Castro Villa when it was ready but you declined for your own personal reasons such us going to the trip. That is the reason we did not accept your request for a refund. Our staff was always available and was willing to help you with anything that came up but you kept refusing any help. We are very sorry to read this feedback as we tried our best to make you feel comfortable and safe during your stay. Ezeni, the manager is very communicative & caring. Amazing view from the villas and it's very great location to see the sunset and shops/restaurant. Excellent service. Everything is great , except the breakfast is just enough, but you can request more and no extra charge.

Well positioned in the edge of OIA near all the small streets ans shops and restaurant a very kind and efficient welcome and service Such a nice room (Nb 8) with a beautiful sea view, a very large and comfortable bed, a kitchen, a hot tub inside and a terrasse with an impressive sea view ans a view on a side of the village on the cliffs with the white and blue houses whatsapp continuous link with the hostess and the concierge for any service needed No extra charge for extra coffee and bottles of water

The 1 star is for the good view of the caldera. Besides for that, this has been the worst, most unprofessional and most stressful experience. We stayed at the windmill Villa. Let me start by saying my husband and I are not big complainers and we are not high maintenance either. However, the service we experienced was unacceptable. We paid around $900 a night for a villa that felt like a hostile. We walked in and the place was beyond dirty. Coffee grinds around the kitchen, bugs all around the bathroom and dirty/ sticky sheets on our bed, and a dangerous l electric outlet sticking out of the wall. Around 11:00pm, I was showering and all of the sudden I saw bugs flying around the shower. I killed about 30 of them. They came to spray around the Villa. It got a little better but the bugs were still around. Around 1am we get into our bed to see that the bed sheets were sticky and dirty.So at 1am we texted the concierge about the sheets. He came with new sheets but said he’s not really an expert with making beds. Therefore my husband and I assisted with making the bed. Throughout the stay they kept saying “we promise we will make it up to you.” They said they would give us a little discount only if we give cash. Obviously we did not have a lot of cash on us. We went to the ATM and there was a significant fee to take cash out. Amaya was not willing to cover the fee but they also said they can only give the discount with cash. Throughout our stay they were taking up our time and stressing us out about this when they should’ve just taken the credit card fee and dealt with it. Instead, they just kept causing us stress. Also, the second to last night we were there they asked us what discount we thought was fair. We said we feel the first night free would be fair. In the end they charged our card a small discount only and did not give us the first night free. Why did they even bother asking us what we thought was fair? Let’s talk about the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is cold. We asked about 3x for them to make it warmer and it never got warmer. It was also filled with bugs. On top of everything, there is a video camera in the jacuzzi. We know they were watching us because the second we left our Villa each day, housekeeping would show up. It felt very invasive and we felt like we had no privacy. I also want to say there is no front desk or lobby. If you need something your relying on this women to answer your WhatsApp message. Often times she took a long time to answer or didn’t answer at all. I also want i say that 2 months after our stay, the concierge texted us with a question. This whole process has been so stressful and the staff has been so beyond unprofessional to deal with. It’s such a shame that every time I think about our trip and my birthday in Greece, i have the memory of being sad and angry about our stay. Do not stay here!!!!…

You arrived at the villa earlier than the scheduled check-in time(15.00) and since you were in a hurry to enter the villa, the staff had to temporarily interrupt the cleaning from the previous departure. The fact that you found imperfections was somewhat expected to happen. Consequently, the staff returned and again cleaned the entire villa completely and in detail, since our staff consists of people with great experience and professionalism. At that point you thanked us with great joy for the cleanliness which made us believe that you were indeed satisfied. We did our best for you to have a truly pleasant and harmonious stay by fulfilling every request of yours such as bringing you breakfast at any time of your preference and specially made based on your personal preferences, with products that we do not put in the breakfast that is regularly served and we also kept food in our freezer upon special request you made. Nevertheless, you asked us to give you a discount and even though we accepted and the discount was almost half price you went to the bank and asked for the card to be canceled so it looks like you have never visited us for a stay with the aim of not be charged anything at all. As for the jacuzzi, as we informed you, since it is outside, at night it is almost impossible to keep the water at a temperature above 36 degrees. After your departure none of our staff contacted you. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience and we are very saddened to read such an inaccurate review since the main goal we had was to make your stay truly memorable. Excellent breakfast (ladies waiters are very carefully with the guests, complete breakfast), excellent services in cleaning maintenance or organizing other activities, in conclusion perfect hosting. The view is incredible, the location is in the middle of everything (Oia center on Caldera side) but still in the exclusive and private area with total privacy. We had enough amenities, towels and the personnel was more than sufficient in solving our problems. The host, Ms. Ezeni is totally dedicated to her clients and is solving all requests. Transfer (with supplementary cost) to the Aeroporto/Port is smooth and fast and the personnel is carrying the luggage to the very location.

Amaya Selection of Villas was by far the best service we've received at any hotel! I am so glad that I chose to book with them. The staff were all wonderful, especially Nikolas and Ezeni, that made sure we were taken care of during the whole trip. There was another guy as well (unfortunately I forgot his name) that helped carry our luggage the entire way on those many steps of Oia! The breakfast was wonderfully set up in our room by Maria. The room and view was beautiful with the best room of the ocean, especially during sunset, and was very clean. The best part really is their level of service and making you and your guests feel completely welcomed. If you're visiting Oia, you'll be glad you booked with them!
