We stayed here for 2 nights with breakfast in Greek style. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Very big hotel and with extended balcony to excellent views .... This is just 5 to 10 minutes walk to Fira town which one could find very good spread of merchandise.

Positives: Suite room was a good size, clean and the bed was a good size too. Nice big hotel. Great location to local views as opposite the hotel is a point which attracts tourists. Local shops are nearby so you can stock up on drinks food etc. The gym is actually quite good

It’s best to see what’s the most updated reviews closer to the date. We booked after reading reviews from here and had the hotel do the rest. But our desk staff were very good I believe that had lots to do with it too.

Not sure but why don’t you email the hotel direct? I found them very helpful. It was open in late October when we initially visited last year but cold!
