We stayed for 3days and two nights in villa roussa. The place is visible in the bus station so you can see it right away. The room we had is spacious although the wifi connection is slower than normal. The place is just few meters away from Fira center and is very convenient location wise.

The hotel located one minute from the main bus stop in Fira and two minutes from Fira's old town. Rooms were cleaned daily, and we also got fresh towels every day. Tea and Nespresso were provided in the room, as well as an ac and a fridge. We did not talk to the owners except for check-in and check-out, so... More

Villa Roussa has plenty of good points, its location is excellent, right next to the bus station and parking, but still being very quiet. It's located just on the edge of the centre of Fira which is very good. It was immaculately clean and provided everything we wanted. Like with everything in Santorini, it's slightly expensive for what it was... More

Koula, is the most helpful person I have met, she will explain everything to you what to see and what & where to go. I had the privilege of spending time with her outside of her work and experienced things I would not have done on my own. Very close to everything cause your in the center of the town,... More

We loved our stay at Villa Roussa, we felt we definitely hit the jackpot in terms of location. We hopped off the ferry from Athens and the local bus took us to the main station in Fira which is right next to the hotel, we used the bus station nearly every day as it takes you to nearly every location... I stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. When I arrived, my first impression is that it is much prettier than the pictures on the Web site. Location perfect, next to bus station (which you will use a lot) and next to the city center. The owner received me with a beautiful smile and she gave a lot of information... More

I stayed at Villa Roussa in March 2016, Room 4 and as advertised the hotel is located in the centre of Fira and great for the bus terminal, museum, tavernas, souvenir shops and only a two minute walk to the beautiful sunset on the Caldera, the best views you can get in Santorini. The owner Pedros is friendly, amenable and... More

Very well located hotel. Close to the city life of Fira and caldera views. Busses are 1min walk away which is very convenient. The proximity of a parking can make the nights noisy which means that you have to sleep with AC on and windows closed. Other than that, it's a good value for money so close to the centre.... More

+Very useful location (next to local & tour buses pick-up point) ; + Cheap (may '15 - 35€) ; + Fresh towels everyday ; + Little balcony. - Unfriendly welcome (I said 2 times "Hello" and got no answer) ; - Very bad sound insulation (sounds like people in the corridor were in the room) ; - Bad view.

We booked our room at the Villa Roussa about two weeks before our arrival. When we finally arrived in Santorini and came to check in, the owner of the hotel said to us that he had "big problems" and that there were no rooms available for the nigth (we suspect that he overbooked). After telling us that, he said that... More
