Jacob and Lia who run this small hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made us breakfast to order every morning and always had a smile. Our only disappointment was the bathroom… it was very small and the shower particularly tiny so enquire as I do think there are larger ones according to pictures online. Our room was immaculate and had a balcony where you could see the sun rise in the morning. Towels, toiletries, slippers and fridge and safe in room. Out front we could sit with a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The hotel has only 8 rooms. So was lovely and quiet. Only saw people at breakfast. The location of the hotel was a one minute walk to a supermarket, a two minute walk to the bus station where buses could take you all over the island and a five minute walk to all restaurants and shops. Couldn’t have been a better location. A pool and bar area are being added for next year and this will make this small hotel perfect. Reception was from 7.30-5 but Jacob and Lia were on call if you needed them. A different type of stay for us but very enjoyable and that was down to Jacob and Lia making us feel very welcome.…

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming family business hotel, and it was an absolute delight. The staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made my stay truly memorable. I recently had an amazing stay at Nemesis. The hotel's impeccable service, stylish decor, and comfortable rooms made it an unforgettable experience. I stayed there for a wee and was really a nice experience. All staff are very humble and polite. Always ready to help if required. Taste of the food was awesome and delicious. Breakfast was the best part during entire stay. Kudos 👌👍👌👍

Visited this hotel for my business trip and found very comfortable. Room were near and clean food was awesome and staff was very helpful. Specially enjoyed live counter dosa and south Indian food. Highly recommend hotel in 4star

More than a review, I want to thank the human staff for their attention from the moment of my reservation until the last minute of my stay. With that being said, whoever needs to have an idea of the place is more than excellent, super convenient location, affordable price, nice, Varied, fresh and healthy breakfast, room always clean, perfect for being away from home and feeling that you are still at home, very private. Visited Nemesis for a week Sept/Oct after careful choosing for good reviews. Vastly exceeded expectations in every way, from the attentive and instant replies to booking enquiries, through the wonderfully warm welcome from Lia, who runs this small hotel started by grandparents, with her brother Jacob, to the spotlessly clean and hygienic rooms and public areas with high quality, tasteful, bright modern decor. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide range of items attentively served including lovely fresh fruit salad prepared individually to order and delicious flavoursome Greek omelettes. Our hosts were so helpful providing advice and guidance on things to do on the island and transport and eating tips. The room was dual aspect with sea views both sides of the island, open aspect and a lovely balcony to chill on into the late evening. Quality mattress ensured excellent nights of sleep and the large shower with rigid folding door was an added pleasure. Every fitting was good quality and everything worked. The housekeeping staff clearly took great pride in their work too. Location was amazing. Open and airy position on the Western cliff top by the road, but only three hundred yards from the central Thira Bus Station and immediately adjacent to a convenient car park where our hire car was never more than twenty metres from the hotel door - so convenient. All the Thira restaurants and shops and access to the old Port steps and cablecar were an easy stroll away but without the hotel being part of the hustle and bustle of the centre. Add to this stunning value for money and this was the perfect hotel that made our stay a delight. ABSOLUTE GEM OF A PLACE. FAULTLESS. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!!…

I just returned from Santorini and spent three nights at the Nemesis Hotel. It's a great location right on the main road into Fira, and about a five minute walk to the bus terminal where you can catch buses to other areas of the island. My room faced the Caldera and it was nice having that view. Even though there's a main road there, the soundproofing was good and so I didn't notice any noise. I can't say enough about the wonderful staff there who made my stay a real joy. They arranged the pickup at the port on my arrival, and a transfer to the airport on my departure. They happily answered all my questions and offered a couple great restaurant suggestions, and also took care of booking a wonderful half day Catamaran trip around the island which I also recommend.
