Right on the cliffs in the heart of Fira. Beautiful romantic area! Get the balcony it's worth it! Love Fira so much! Wish it had an outdoor pool but comparable hotels are going for 10 times as much. Only a small amount of rooms so if it's available get it!

We booked this hotel for a two day trip to Santorini. The location is fantastic especially if you fly. From the airport, it is an easy and inexpensive 10 minute bus ride to the Fira depot and then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The bus is the main form of transport to other parts of the island so... My partner and I stayed in a twin room for one night while in santorini. When showering the floor does get wet as there is no curtain but as long as there's no clothing or items on the floor it's not a big deal for a short stay. The bedding was good and towels were good. The service provided by... More

Small, hellenic style hotel, nested in Fira with a stunning panorama. The view from the terrace while taking a simple but decent and tasty breakfast will make you the leaving very hard. Rooms are shady and the thick walls (and conditioner) keep the heat outside. Rooms are simple and sized according to this small shrine, but everything is there for... More

Price wise, it was so so expensive as the Hotel is too old, showers and toilets are so small and some equipment was broken (but the Hotel in total was in a good condition) and I would say that the facilities nearly zero other than a beautiful view of caldera. Location and excellent, very very good and professional staff. Very... More

Situated in a beautiful position in the town of Thira, with a magnificent view on the "Caldera", this hotel is managed by a very kind staff that makes every effort to offer you a nice stay. Clean room, characteristically created according to the typical Canava's arrangement, with basic comforts. Interior lighting could be improved, as also breakfast choice. Anyway a... More

Hotel is in a perfect location (walking distance from the bus depot which was only 1.80 euro). Beautiful view and next to all the action! My room was simple but very clean ... I was 100% comfortable and I consider myself a germ freak! lol The staff was great ... I arrived early before office open and housekeeping let me... More

Without a shadow of a doubt, the worst excuse for a "hotel" I have ever had the misfortune to come across!! Glorified hostel is much more accurate. First of all, they miss sold and miss represented themselves by advertising pictures on their website which aren't even from or in their hotel. One is from the other side of Fira. They... More

We booked 6 nights a room with a balcony and were stuck upstairs in a cave room with cell bar windows that you could only peek through. It was kind of funny at the time. But infuriating, that after we were told there were no other rooms we saw several nice rooms vacant. Our " wedding planner was dodgy and... More

This hotel is very small and very simple with stunning views of the caldera. If you're expecting a four star hotel, you're going to be very disappointed. The rooms are simply appointed and the furnishings could probably use an update. However, they are spotlessly kept and cleaned thoroughly every day by Suella (I'm sure I've spelled that incorrectly!) She is... More
