I would give this place zero stars if I could. A terrible experience all around. First of all, upon check in, we were told that we couldn't have 4 adults in a room with 2 queen beds (never heard that one before). It was going to be 30 dollars extra per head. We were told it was "in the policy"....

Check in was already weird. I think this hotel does a lot of "short-term" business (parties and sex). No elevator, if you can believe that. Toilet and bathroom hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. No heat lamp in bathroom. Heater in room ave off an awful smelll when turned on. Towels were thin--clean but without that fresh bleach smell. Forget about the...

We visited this hotel last year in October it was under reconstruction then, it was o.k. Not great but o.k. This years visit was nothing less than disgusting. It doesn't seem like they are doing anything more as far as reconstructing or remodelling or even cleaning. Our room was a nightmare, vomit on the floor, bed and chair. The plumbing didn't...

room not ready upon check in. we were sent across the hall to another room that was dirty with water stains in ceiling and a window that would not lock. and all they said was not to worry about anybody breaking in. (ground floor) we are sent back to original room which was still not clean,, toilet has urine ,...

The hotel is maybe good enough for the mice that infest the place. Whats even more disappointing is expedia advertises it as 3 stars. I was once loyal to expedia, but not after they falsely advertise and book dumps like this

The Mercury Grand Hotel stinks of mold, is totally filthy, and has a frightening vibe. Don't stay here!! My children and I turned around and ran to the Red Roof Inn which was quite a nice, clean place. There were also strange people walking around in the parking lot.

Wake up call? Never happened. Condition of room? A layer of age. TV remote did not function and TV of 1988 vintage. For awhile I thought hot (or even warm) water would ever come. Breakfast room needs a good cleaning. Was first one there and many tables displayed crumbs from the previous day. The room is also used as a...

I had a reservation for July 25, 2015 and when I walked into the hotel I wanted OUT. Expedia refused to refund my money but I would not sleep in a place that had buckets catching brown water falling from the ceiling in the lobby. The room shown to me had wallpaper falling down the wall, filthy rug, filthy bathroom...

I am a very easy going person and I've traveled all over the World and stayed in everything from hostels and luxury hotels to Airbnb apartments but this place wins for worst ever. My friend, her son and I were in the area for a BMX race. At check-in (which seemed to go well, very pleasant) we requested a roll-away...

Not a pleasant stay. TV had no remote entire stay, stains on sheets. The reusable cups were dirty and had crud in it. High light of trip was a used pregnancy stick under the couch cushion. The first room I was put in had stained sheets and the reusable cups were dirty. I got switched to a different room and...
