I would highly recommend Hobbit Hollow if you're visiting Skaneateles. The B&B is very close to town (a few minutes by car) and it's located on a gorgeous, well-kept farm. The home is charming and beautifully-decorated. The room was immaculate and cozy. Our innkeeper, Jean, was awesome and attended to our every need. Her made-to-order breakfasts were delicious.

We stayed at Hobbit Hollow for a weekend. It was lovely. So beautiful. It was comfortable and home like but treated like a guest! Each room is different, as you would expect at a bed and breakfast. Excellent breakfast and terrific hostess!

I don't remember the name of our room, it was on the second floor, the windows looked out to the vineyard across the street. It was very comfortable, the bathroom was large especially for a B & B - loved the shower. I had a chance to walk the grounds, horse barn, pastures and large garden area, all in pristine...

We stayed at hobbit Hollow this weekend and couldn't have been more pleased with the hospitality and accommodations. Our innkeeper Jean was gracious, friendly and as helpful as she could be. The room condition was excellent, food delicious, and surrounding area picturesque. My only suggestion is to change out the pillows - they were lumpy and hard. Check the Hampton...

My husband and I have just enjoyed a brief get away at this elegant, beautifully restored farm house with views out to Skaneateles Lake and meadows and pastures above the lake. It is a beautiful property with porches and living rooms that make you feel right at home. The room sizes vary from small but elegantly appointed bedrooms to a...

We just enjoyed a overnight stay at this wonderful B&B. The Innkeeper "Holly" was extremely warm and inviting. The B&B was extremely clean and welcoming. Our room was the Master Suite with a gorgeous enclosed porch for our sitting leisure. This short stay at B&B was a gift from our children and we absolutely enjoyed our evening stay - we...

We stayed for two nights in the twin room. This is the smallest room by far, but was very cozy. The room itself and the bathroom were extremely clean. There are four verandas to choose from, one is screened in. The common rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I already miss the leather couch in the 'game' room. It...

Atmosphere was very clean and home-like. Staff was very professional and let you live as you pleased without interruption. Best beds I have had in a B&B, plus the rooms were designed to feel like you live there. Our room had a great view and got lucky enough to see a Fox Run in the estate behind the B&B. A...

How wonderful was it to have a horse show going on behind Hobbit Hollow when we arrived? We knew nothing about how the riders were judged as their horses went around and over the track, but it sure provided the extra ambiance we were looking for. The upscale furnishings and decor of the entire home were amazing. We were in...
