My family visited Tupper Lake over Columbus Day weekend to see the fall colors, visit the Wild Center and to hike the triad. We had an upstairs room so did not have the same experience as those with downstairs rooms. I was pleasantly surprised as I was not quite sure what to expect. The room was actually bigger than I... Spur of the moment trip to the ADKs to catch fall color. Made 4 or 5 calls on the way to find a room. Got the last room at Red Top Inn. Nice couple running it. Followed them down a dark dingy corridor, accompanied by their cats, to what was essentially a basement room. Cold, dark and incredibly mildewy. Only... More

Quick trip up to Tupper Lake for end of summer vacation with family. Stayed in kitchenette upstairs. Loved the two separate sleeping areas. Saves sleeping with snorer😏. Great that some units allow for dogs. Added bonus that we could bring our black lab. Had two beautiful sunsets along with wonderful campfires at the water's edge each night. Cable came in... More

The place has TV, wifi and beds. All good. Clean. Stairs to the upper floor are scary. Beds are fine and the pillows were firm. All was working and very no frills. The view from the swings across the street was great at sunset. A coffee maker would be perfect. Or at least an urn by the office when you... More

My wife and I decided last-minute to go away for a long weekend to the Adirondacks to do some cross-country skiing. We live in Brooklyn, and when we take road trips, we like to bring our two dogs with us. As it often goes with two working adults, the time we had to actually sit down and look at our... More

We spent a couple days here while ice fishing tupper lake. Rooms are very clean and well kept. The owner was extremely helpful and gave us some good info on the fishing and ice conditions. Will definetly be returning in the spring and maybe a couple more times this winter. Prices are very reasonable as well

It's nothing fancy, but fit our needs and the price was reasonable especially compared to the other motels in the area. We stayed in a second floor room with a kitchenette. There are only two steps from the top of the hill onto the second story balcony. The room was large enough for Mom to get around in with her... More

This is such a cute Motel, friendly Owners and right across the street from the lake, room was very comfortable. The only think lacking and not a big deal was COFFEE!!! There is plenty to do in Tupper Lake, very close to the Wild Walk center and Museum. We will defiantly stay again

This is a nice little place on the edge of town. We got a cabin and it was nice and clean and a good size. A little dated but still comfortable. They have a little beach across the road that some folks were having a campfire at. The price was very reasonable and I would stay there again next time... More
