Lovely! We had family members from Michigan, NYC, NC, TN, and GA join us in Victor for the weekend. We rented the entire house - 6 suites each with own bathroom - and had use of the wonderful kitchen and gathering rooms. There was room for everyone to be together, as well as to spend time alone. Eileen was gracious...

Rented the entire property for a family stay related to wedding at Ravenwood, which is just down the road. The place was very clean and well equipped. Everything was as described on the website. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Linens provided. Central AC in lower level and window units upstairs. Plenty of space for 14 people. The location is...

What a find. Beautiful grounds, surrounded by many acres of nature preserve. Such attention to details throughout the Inn. We stayed in The Hideaway. Had our own private entrance right to the lawn. there where two chairs just out side our door. Our own private area to enjoy our wine and watch the sky for falling stars.

This was a Return visit. Same excellence in service and accommodations. Even got to enjoy the hiking trails and Adirondack chairs on the front lawn. Easter was in the 70's. We love that wine and beer tasting was just down the road. Eileen was as funny and enjoyable as before. We'll be back! Stayed in the Seneca room, details and...

My wife and I stayed there on the nights of August 11 and 12, checking out on the morning of August 13, 2015. Unfortunately, a cheap lamp broke in our room by accident (the chain pulled out when I attempted to turn it on by pulling the chain). As a friendly gesture, I told the owner of the B&B. I...

We stayed in the Seneca Room, which is on the second floor. No elevator. The room was nice, with a new window A/C. The room cooled down quickly. The room was clean, and laid out in an L shape. Good free Wi-Fi. Several window added to the brightness and it was very secluded from viewing from the outside. The king bed...

From the beginning the owner was very rigid on hours and availability. She obviously does not like being in the B and B business. We had questions and her answer was" I already told you that". Breakfast is only at 9 AM without any other option. If you have an early reservation etc to bad. This is the first B and...

Our stay was magnificent and relaxing - even though we were there for a wedding in our family. Our daughters stayed in one room and my parents in law, another. My wife and I found the beds perfect, rooms very clean and quiet with a deep in nature feel to the house. Eileen's breakfasts are the best in the universe...

This is a tough review for me to write as we were thoroughly disappointed. We researched, planned and scheduled this trip (in stunning detail) to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my wife’s birthday. One reason that you choose a bed and breakfast instead of a hotel is the level of attention to detail. Knowing that in a hotel you are...

Very Surprised. But I will try to help so they are not disappointed again. reservation made two weeks prior to stay in July, 2015. 1. Erie Canal package requested. for either nights stay. STARTING PRICE, $350.00 for 2 adults in our least expensive room. This is for a 2 hour tour only no meals. ADDITIONAL charges apply for up grade...
