When we were looking for a guest house, we soon noticed the great reviews of Villa Kreola, which were consistently given 5 stars. Looking back after our holiday, it was not too much to promise. The welcome from Claudia and Bernd was so warm that we felt at home from the very first minute. The sparkling clean guest rooms with bathroom and balcony conveyed a touch of exoticism with their loving furnishings and decorations. The well-kept tropical garden with swimming pool, which invited you to relax at the end of the day, was also a special highlight. The rich breakfast left nothing to be desired, every day there was also a fresh fruit plate and every now and then a little surprise in the fridge with homemade cakes from Claudia. We have already been to many five-star clubs around the world, but the warmth that Claudia and Bernd exude cannot be replaced by any club hotel, no matter how well equipped. They organized, gave us good tips and information, often took the whole day to drive around the island with us to show us the beautiful beaches, culture and people of Mauritius. The all-round carefree package also included an explanation of where to eat well, shopping and even arranging a rental car. Thank you dear Claudia and Bernd, it was the best holiday we have ever had. This is a great place to stay! Claudia and Bernd are exceptional hosts. They looked after us with a great breakfast, especially with delicious fruit. They also took care of our wishes regarding excursions and gave us tips on what was worth seeing. We had a lot of fun on the underwater walk. It is highly recommended.

The owners of Villa Kreola are very friendly and very well connected in Mauritius. We had a very warm welcome and felt immediately “at home” as the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Further, there is a kitchen and living room to share with other guest which enables you to share experiences and insights with other guests and the owners. The breakfast is incredible delicious with fresh fruit platters every morning - better and more flexible than five stars!!!

The accommodation is very clean and well maintained, the breakfast was very tasty and sufficient. We were usually able to eat the rest for dinner and were still full. The kitchen can also be used to cook for yourself, everything is there. The beds are made every day, the rooms are also kept in tip-top condition every day. There are plenty of towels, the bathroom is clean. Bernd and Claudia really take care of almost everything (a big thank you again). We rented a car to explore the island. This was also organized by Bernd and Claudia. Bernd also gave us good advice on which destinations are worth seeing and how best to get to them. Be careful!! The police check speed very closely, you should always pay attention!! We were also always well advised about the restaurants, if we had chosen a restaurant, Claudia reserved a table for us over the phone. We liked it so much that we will come back. We can only recommend Villa Kreola........
