A cosy and welcoming experience in a beautiful location in Inmil. Quiet, scenic, and comfortable, but best was the host and Mohamed; who arranged to meet us and park our car easily. We appreciated their understanding when we needed to leave unexpectedly early due to COVID flight cancellations! Delicious and pleasant dinner next to the wood stove fire, and new in room heating unit worked well. We will be back to complete our exploration of the Atlas Mountains and wish all the best in these uncertain travel times. And although chilly at night, the valleys still had some late fall color in mid December, as well as some snow on the peaks in the distance, so hiking was still very accessible.
We booked the whole place in Jnan Imlil for a couple of days for a team-building activity and it was an incredible experience that we will never forget. The view of the mountain from the rooms and the terraces is breathtaking and the team of housekeeping and chef are the best in town. Will definitely come back.
We stayed for a night at Riad Jnane in beautiful Imlil. The hotel is quite nice and has really lovely painted ceilings. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. There is a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, villages, and creek from the rooftop of the hotel. There is also a swimming pool at the hotel. The water was really cold so we opted not to go swimming. It is a short walk from the town. Dinner and breakfast were provided and were included with our stay. Dinner and breakfast were both good. My only complaint is that they were really slow at serving breakfast and we were late meeting up with our hiking guide. We were able to get laundry done at the hotel. The staff were kind and some spoke English. Imlil is such a pretty area and we wished that we could have spent 2 nights at Riad Jnane instead of only one.…
This hidden palatial gem, just a short ride out of Marrakech (they will arrange transportation for you), sits at the base of both a waterfall and majestic Mt. Toubkal. My wife and I stayed and hiked here last week. Recently renovated and eminently affordable, it is a refreshing change from Marrakech’s intensity without giving up any of its sophistication or luxury. The detailed craftsmanship in the rooms and salons is incredible. Under the owner Mustapha’s expert guidance, we trekked into a valley filled with hundreds off grazing goats and sheep, with just a few lone shepherds watching from the surrounding ridges. (My wife calls it our “Sound of Music” Moroccan experience.) Even a short visit here will add an incredible, memorable dimension to your Marrakech / Morocco trip.
We were very pleased with the place and its people. Personal so kind and hospitality is beyond expectations. We felt like home or visiting a family member. The location also is extremely amazing makes you feel the true spirit of imlil. Rooms so clean and well equiped and food is home made and delicious, everything is fresh. It's unfortunate we only had two days vacation but we will certainly come back soon.
I had visited Imlil on oct 2020 and i choosen Riad Jnan Imlil to stay in, we have stayed for 2 nights. The place was quite, clean rooms, tasty food and very good staffs. The place was not too far from Toubkal and that was an advantage for us to discover the place. We had a useful discussion and knew a lot about the culture of the area. Thanks a lot for the service. I highly recommend it.
We were welcome warmly by the owners when we arrived. Lashen leads us to the hotel he's the owner of (MTB Morocco), his family were so helpful. The rooms were neat and clean.many 5 stars hotel are not as clean as them. Went to the toilets in for hair dryer..the beds there were nice and we play relaxing music all the time. The toilets are like 5 stars hotel..beautiful n clean.. The wifi was so fast. There was an area where we can gather with friends, watch movie and have a cup of coffee or tea... Highly recommend this hotel!! We highly recommended all of them!!!
I've returned twice to Riad Jnane Imlil and recommended it highly to friends who have also stayed. Each visit was wonderful. During my third visit, I was worried since I went alone and I thought I might get bored. I found out, however, that the staff have amazing histories, knowledge, humour and interests - they showed real kindness and care - and met lots of other guests both from abroad and Morocco. The riad itself is beautiful and there are a range of communal rooms, a huge terrace overlooking the mountains, another very large terrace above it, and two huge rooms over looking the bottom terrace, so if you've had too much sun you can either repair there or to communal areas downstairs. The bedroom was stunning; it had a lovely private terrace with small table, and I love colours so may as well mention that the bathroom was also beautiful. Hot water; good a/c when needed. A pool and tents have been added to the property, I think, but I didn't visit these so can't comment. Any time I return to Imlil I will stay at this riad. I can't recommend it highly enough.…
I sleept here with my sister and two friends. It was absolutly amazing, the tee was great the view was stunning and our room was absolutely perfect. We loved to stay here and there is a nice rooftop from which you have a breathtaking view on de atlas mountains. And we had the best breakfast on our trio through morocco!
We stayed one night in this beautiful Riad, during our 10 night visit to Morrocco. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and has amazing 360 degree views of the Atlas mountains from the upper terrace. Communication with the owner Mustafa was faultless and efficient at all times. He arranged our transfer with the delightful Hassan from Marrakech. He happily stopped on route when we requested, took us to the woman's cooperative to purchase Argan oil, and supplied us with endless information on the journey. The second Hassan in the Riad was equally kind and friendly, providing us with mint tea on arrival and the most delicious Lamb tagine for dinner later, accompanied with olives, bread, oils. Breakfast the next day was another wonderful feast including fresh breads, honey , eggs, cheese. Mustafa arranged our walking guide Omar, who took us on a two and a half hour walk around the valley and mountains. An easy, but exhilarating walk in the wonderful clean air surrounding Imlil. All of the rooms are colourful. The swimming pool looks beautiful and spotlessly clean. In the heat of the summer months it will be a fabulous place to cool down, surrounded by the never tiring views of the mountains. We saw and experienced this Riad with the snow around us on the mountains ... amazing ! We would love to return sometime in the spring to see the blossoms on the many trees. I would highly recommend this Riad, Mustafa and his dedicated team. It was the highlight of our ten days. …
