One of the most beautiful parks we've camped in so far. Would go back anytime!! Weather was gorgeous...sunny and in the 70s & low 80s the entire time. It was in September so the colors were starting to show and on the lake it was beautiful. Gorge was amazing to see in person.

Visited on October 7th & arrived around 9am. GPS took us to the upper parking lot but nobody was there. Drove down past the lower parking lot to the Visitor Center & picked up a map of the park. Decided to park in lower parking lot along with others. Took the Gorge Trail up & the Indian Trail back. I...

I took my daughter and grandchildren this summer it was so beautiful a bit of a hike climbing the stone shale stairways crossing a stone bridge with the waterfalls spraying you in the face like you were in a Walt Disney Movie. You could reach out and touch the water. Afterwards we went to park area for a picnic which...

Fall is a terrific time to visit Watkins Glen. We were lucky enough to be able to camp overnight before we hiked the gorge. The campground is very clean and well maintained. It would have been perfectly serene and peaceful had not the camper opposite felt compelled to share his taste in country music. Still, the raw and natural beauty...

I couldn't have been more pleased with the natural beauty this location has. We spent over 3 hours to get to it and was pleasantly surprised at how gorgeous it was. A huge park with turn after turn amazing eyesight. A very nice hike and location. Loved it!!!!

The views are amazing. We stopped to take a lot of pictures while hiking there. Definitely wear hiking shoes as the terrain is uneven and sometimes wet/muddy. Sneaker are okay -- but I feel you need a little bit more stability.

This is a beautiful park, lots of small waterfalls. We visited on the Sunday of labor day weekend so it crowded but it still turned out to be a nice hike. We drove up from NYC. Its not quite worth the drive (4.5 hours) if its the only thing on your itinerary its certainly worth a detour if you're in...

Beautiful hike through the gorge and lots of waterfalls. The trails are very well maintained though there are lots of stairs (which will make it difficult for stroller or wheelchairs). Make sure you remember your camera and take lots of pictures.

It was a hike all up!!!! 800 steps!!! Please bring cold water and wear good threaded shoes-no flip flops because it is slippery in spots. Beautiful views!!!! A must do and plan on about 2 hours to hike this trail.
