Lovely big hotel was lots of facilities. Swimming pools - spa - beach - massage A good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Evening entertainment in the lobby. Good bar service. Rooms are spacious - as are the bathrooms- Plenty of towels. Good place to stay.

It all depend which room you will get, but this hotel need a serious comprehensive face lifting. We got a poor room on the north side that need a real renovation. Only after we complained we received a suite on the south side that looks better. The meals was good but nothing more The small spa need a renovation too,...

$250 a night? I have never spent this amount of money on a night at a hotel. Had no choice this time and this was the least expensive of the Dead Sea Hotels at the time. The room was very nice. We stayed November 2017. We upgraded to a suite ... beautiful room two large rooms 2 bathrooms. That is where it ends. The hotel has zero amenities. The towel station ran out of towels they have no towels. We tried to order room service they will not provide room service. It took us a half an hour to get someone...
