The distance is 800 meters, 290 yards, to the beach. From the gate of La Boheme you turn right, after about 30 meters you turn right again. This is the street that you take straight to the beach. It intersects (roundabout) with the boulevard. So you do have to cross the boulevard, but there is not much traffic there. Cars go slow because it's a roundabout. After the roundabout it's a few more meters and you're on the beach between the Marriott Resort (left) and the Ritz Carlton (right). All beaches on Aruba are public and freely accessible. The beach stretches past these resorts in both directions all the way to the windsurfing & kitesurfing area called Fisherman's Huts and Malmok (past the Ritz) and to the other hi rise hotels (past the Marriott). It's ofcourse a beautiful beach, soft white sand, calm crystal clear water, beautiful sunsets too right over the water on the horizon.
