We have travelled extensively and we still cannot stop raving over the place. It was the clincher in our decision to go back to Bahia in 2015. The grounds are majestic, peaceful, very well manicured, luxurious and totally eye candy. The breakfast is something out of a story book...undescribable amounts of variety with the staff ready to cook any other...

A friend and I stayed at Pousada Fazenda Caeira(third beach) for 5 nights during the World Cup in June. We thought it a great place to chill out a few days between matches in the big cities. And boy were we right. The Island in itself is very beautiful and different, but the two first beaches and the "center" can...

I stayed on the fourth beach, which is the nicest beach to swim in and the quietest. It would have been perfect if it hadn't been for the fact that it rained the entire time we were there. So naturally, we spent more time on the 2nd beach where all the restaurants and bars were. Getting back at night became...

We stayed four nights in early May on 4th beach and there were mosquitos everywhere day and night. We kept the room closed all day and night and they still found their way into the room, and mosquito net ... maybe it was just bad luck at that time of year I guess. The breakfast was Satisfactory with really friendly...

The rooms were beautiful, spacious and very clean and the pousada is overall just amazing. The garden is incredible, the breakfast was delicious, with a lot to choose from. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help us...

This is a very nice hotel with friendly and english speaking personal. The rooms and bath rooms are fantastic- very modern and nicely decorated. We had two different rooms and both felt almost like an interior design magazine. Both our rooms had ocean view and a hamock as well as a day bed on the balcony. Amazing! Also it was...

Nice room at end of beach 3 and away from the action yet within walking distance. It's a cozy and private place. Peaceful. It is about a 20 min walk to/from the port and yes, you have to walk. No transport here although you can pay a guy about 15 reis and he will wheel your bags for you in...

The location of this hotel, at the end of the 3rd beach and beginning of 4th beach, was perfect for us. We traveled with our 3 teen/pre-teen daughters and wanted to be able to get a relaxing vacation while still having easy access to the shops/restaurants on 1/2d beaches. We were there for 5 nights. The hotel is a side...
