Had a wonderful 5 days here. Clean, friendly, excellent food. Top top service. A mine of information about things to do and places to go. Excellent position in the centre of the island. Bus stop outside the door to the town. Beautiful walks nearby. The ideal place to stay for your Scilly break.

Sabine and her team really do make you feel that they all came in to work that day just to make your day better. The rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully provisioned with a large en suite shower. As it name suggests, the guest house is in the middle of this tiny island so if peace and solitude is your thing...

We booked here for three nights out of five spent on St Mary's and had a lovely time. Yes it's 'inland' and you have to walk to other areas, but that's hardly a problem as the island is so small anyway! Our twin room was fairly small but clean and comfortable with the room turned over each day of our...

We stayed here for one night and were immediately impressed with the whole set up. The B and B also offers a restaurant in the day in the conservatory / pretty garden with the most delicious home made cakes. It is about a 25 min walk into St Mary's main area , but it's an easy walk or a bus...

Stayed for a week at this lovely guest house in the centre of the island. We brought our dog to this dog friendly guest house and she enjoyed her stay too! Plenty of lovely walks straight from the door with a choice of beaches within a twenty five minute walk. Superb breakfasts and coffee shop too for lovely meals and...

Wonderful welcome from Sabine and very friendly staff, Hebe and Sarah. We arrived very early but could leave our cases there which meant we could go to Tresco - wonderful place, do go there. We had upgraded to a superior room and I am glad that we did. The room was clean and the bed very comfy. Everything you could...

This guesthouse is in a rural location but is served by a regular local bus service. The proprietor, Sabine, and her staff are charming and very helpful. The free Wi-Fi works well. The attached cafe is used for breakfasts, which are good, and can be used for other meals. The rooms are small but tidy. The only problems that we...

You'll get a great welcome here. Breakfasts in the lovely conservatory are wonderful. Our room was a bit pokey and a bit tired, but clean, so I would go for a bigger room if given the choice. Location is great, but only if you are a walkers as it takes 30 mins plus from the town...we explored loads of different ways...

Very nice staff, who are very welcoming. The rooms are slightly small and you can hear your neighbours. There are good facilities for guests if you want to heat up or prepare a basic evening meal. The views out the back of the guesthouse are nice as you look out onto a field. There was a slight problem with finding...

We were welcomed personally at the front door by Sabine, and also waved off when we left at an ungodly hour. The setting is rural and charming - beautiful window views. 10 mins bus/taxi from the town centre. People time their walks for the apple strudel straight from the oven. Delicious breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble, & the well...
