Jo is a lovely host, cooked an excellent breakfast and keeps a very clean, relaxed guest house. Nothing was to much trouble and she was a flexible, friendly lady well informed about places to go and things to do on these lovely islands. The house is in an excellent location with two beaches within a few hundred meters and the shops, cafes, and pubs similarly close at hand.

Stayed for 5 nights at Westford House for our first time in the Isles of Scilly. Jo was so kind and helpful, constantly answering questions and giving helpful tips. Brekky each day was delicious and the rooms very comfortable. The boat man came everyday at breakfast to let the guests know which boats were going where. Deservedly gets 5 stars from us, hopefully we’ll be back soon!

Although I had to curtail my holiday a little due to Covid, I had another excellent stay at Westford House (nine years in a row now). It was great to get out and about, and roam the islands looking at the wonderful scenery and wildlife. This was helped enormously by the fantastic breakfasts provided by my hosts Joanna and Tom! Thankyou both very much - I am already planning and looking forward to my holiday(s) here for next year!

Enjoyed a very pleasant couple of nights away. Jo was very friendly. Comfortable rooms and hearty breakfast. Great location. Very central and a short walk from the quay where the Scillonian arrives and local pubs. Would recommend.

We stayed just one night at Westford House but wished it could have been longer. It's beautifully clean and incredibly well equipped. The breakfast is fabulous and the owners kind and friendly.

The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in.

A beautiful Georgian town house, ideally situated in the middle of Hugh Town close to the beaches, this is the perfect base for a holiday in the Scillies. What makes Westford House stand out is the warmth and friendliness from our hosts, Alan and Jo. With a wealth of local knowledge, they are always on hand with information and recommendations to make your holiday really special.

After an extremely comfortable night in an en suite room (with beautifully soft towels!), the day begins with a wide selection of breakfast options. Any combination of cooked (highly recommend Alan's crispy bacon!), fruit, cereal and so on - nothing is too much trouble. Jo combines excellent, professional service with a genuine interest in your plans for the day and your adventures from the day before. The number of returning guests we met reinforces this is a true gem of a B&B. We would most highly recommend and can't wait to return!

My first B&B on St Mary's, and I certainly wasn't disappointed.
The room was lovely, spotless, comfortable and well equipped.
Jo & Alan are the perfect hosts, Jo being an islander herself means she has a wealth of knowledge that helps you plan your days.
It's less than a minute to the two town beaches and 5 minutes to the ferry
I would thoroughly recommend a visit here

This was our second stay here. We love the hosts and the breakfasts are just what you need before a days site seeing. Rooms are clean and well equipped and we were even left a congratulations card and fudge after getting engaged. We will be using the same Tresco Fudge for favours at our wedding. Perfect place. Highly recommended.

We spent 2 nights at Westford House in September. You won't find a more welcoming B&B! The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you'd expect and more. The breakfast was superb - you could choose from different cooked options, and also a continental selection. The boatman pays a visit every morning to tell you about the daily boat trips, which was a nice touch! Would love to return! Thank you Jo and Alan.

What a super place. Westford house has a really welcoming, relaxed feel, with homely touches and a lot of character. It has a great location close to two beaches, and the lovely hosts Jo and Alan are incredibly knowledgable about the islands, and seem to know everyone!, The breakfasts are great, with a good choice, and we particularly enjoyed the poached eggs! We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return.

Hi, Unfortunately we have a 3 night minimum stay policy in the summer months. Airport parking charges are different at different airports. You should probably inquire directly at the relevant airport.
