We had eaten here some years ago, at lunchtime in the bar, when we had the best burger ever, beautifully cooked meat lots of fresh salad, freshly made onion rings and chips. I didn't intend to have a burger for our evening meal but it just took my fancy and with the memories of the previous one I thought, what...

Stayed 3 nights in a downstairs suite on a B & B basis. Dined one night in the hotel. Superb location, just minutes walk from the quayside if arriving on the Scillonian III, nearby restaurants, shops & Scilly Cart Hire. Immaculately clean hotel, very friendly & efficient staff & the food is superb & plentiful. The fillet steaks were large,...

We stayed here for 4 nights and, generally, found everything to a very good standard. There were a few areas where, with a little more attention, our stay could have been even better, which I have conveyed to the owner separately. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this Hotel when we visit again.

Stayed here for 5 days in room 5 which has a balcony overlooking the front garden. The room is spacious with good quality bedding. The breakfast is freshly cooked and locally sourced. Our evening meal was reasonably priced and delicious.

We stayed for 3 nights and this was our first visit to the islands. We had excellent service throughout our stay in this clean and well positioned hotel. The most common response we heard from staff was ' no problem' - every request could be catered for. The food was delicious and we cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The staff, the food, the small details, all left us with a massive desire to return soon to St Marys Hall Hotel. Fresh milk in flasks on our door at the end of a long walking day, just inspired - even the best hotels we have stayed at have never done that! The food in the hotel is superb and...

We stayed for 4 nights in one of the first floor double rooms and found it a perfect location to relax and enjoy the wonderful Scilly Isles and all they have to offer. The first class restaurant and excellent and attentive staff made it hard for us to justify eating anywhere else on St Mary's! We would thoroughly recommend and...

We took advantage of a 4 night short break here. Everything was excellent and nothing too much trouble. Staff were all very well trained and the food and service were marvellous. Breakfast was a delight. Evening meals were wonderful and my monkfish kebabs were delicious. Lovely small front garden for drinks. The hotel exudes past elegance whilst offering thoroughly modern...

Just come back from 4 night say at St Mary's Hall Hotel. Had really enjoyable time. We had a suite which had plenty of room and was lovely and clean. The staff were very efficient and friendly and food was excellent. Would certainly stay here again.

Only used the restaurant but very impressed. Lovely spacious dining room with immaculate set tables. Sparkling cutlery, gleaming glassware, precision ironed table clothes and napkins. Great menu selection - a special mention of the imaginative vegetarian additions. Very good service (a little less reference to us as "guys" on the second visit was an improvement"). The food is terrific -...
