The place is spot on, tidy and well run. great kitchen facilities, just the place for the budget conscious. Its very central in Augusta walking distance to all places of interest like the bakery the pub the bottle shop and a nice walk to the river.

A part of YHA until a couple of weeks ago, this place is a real gem. Our double ensuite room, with queen size bed, fridge , TV, balcony with river views, big ensuite, was extremely comfortable. The community kitchen was very well equipped and great for self catering. Darren, our host, could not have been any friendlier or helpful. Easy... More

We had a great stay at this property. Darren was nice, friendly and informative person, giving me suggestion for nearby attractions. The room was comfortable enough for us and as only one heater was given, our first impression was that it's gonna be a cold, cold night for us but it was adequately heated after we turned it on. The... More

Enjoyed the stay at the manor, very comfortable rooms and the set up is very nice. Danny was very helpful and I enjoyed the chat with him. I only stayed one night but I'm definitely coming back! Don't forget to travel to the lighthouse for a spectacular view of this very social corner of Australia!

Finally we came to the corner of Australia, the southwest corner of Australia at Augusta. A bit late arrival at the evening, and got very welcoming service from Darren, the owner and manager of this motel. When we want to buy some eggs at this little town and no shop open at that evening, he offered eggs for free from... More

We find this location on Internet. That was better than we imagine. All was perfect: clean, quite, comfortable, pleasant. The kitchen was big enough to cook. We recommend that place to have a good journey!

Following a less than perfect YHA in WA we alighted here tired from the long drive and hungry. We received a warm welcome. This YHA hostal has wonderful kitchen and several social function areas for winter and summer visitors. The showers and laundrey are first class. Bedrooms too. We highly recommend you choose this YHA above any others in region... More

This hostel is an absolute gem! The property is well maintained, the rooms and bathrooms are spotless and the guests are respectful. Fantastic kitchen, spacious rooms, well kept garden and I could have easily taken some of the furniture for my own house :) The view from the balcony is second to none and the staff was super friendly. My friends and I had stayed here in the four-bed room dorm for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. You don't get a private bath, but the shared bathroom is clean and quite big. For those planning to cook, they do have a big communal kitchen and dining area. This place is run by two couples. The manager... More

Lovely clean hostel, friendly helpful manager. Not your usual noisy backpacker hostel thankfully ! Nice shared areas to cook, eat and socialise. I had a private room, my son was in a dorm. Shared bathrooms are spotless as is the rest of the place. Be aware restaurants stop serving early in Western Australia ! if you are arriving after 9pm... More
