This region is beautiful. It is convenient to everything you might want to do in the area. Checking out the Olympic ski jump and bobsled is lots of fun. The campground is not fancy, and to be honest I do not think it has cable. We were so many places, I'm not sure. We don't use campground bathrooms, but from...

This is the best campground! A very real feel - not a parking lot made to feel like a camping experience. Perfect balance of location an amenities. Hiking trails at the foot of the campground. Nearby the beautiful town beach. Pet friendly. Staff was exceptional. An exceptional experience!!!! Five stars.

Lake placid, one of the perfect vacation destination for a family or friendly reunion with variety of indoor and outdoor activities. We rented a cottage resided at a quiet and secular road in a few minutes walking to the town center. We attended in early September with our baby for his first camping trip. We rented a KOA Cabin. It was in a quiet end of the campground. We decided to stay here because of the proximity to Whiteface Mountain and our plans to hike. The cabin was clean, the bed was not overly comfortable but you have to consider that...

Stayed in a cabin which was very clean and cozy. Had everything one could want including a spacious porch furnished with a weber grill. It was quiet, neat, and well lit. Loads of things to do there and the staff was great. We cant wait to go back. Well worth the money over staying in a hotel.

We absolutely love this place!!! The grounds are kept clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and there's so much to do! We stayed on site S01.. A large campsite with a leaning hut. Our favourite spot. Away from others and you feel alone amongst the trees but close enough the bathroom and showers. (5 min walk). There's lots to...

We stayed 2 nights on a tent site. The campground is nice and shady, sites are great and not to close to each other (for tents, at least). The facilities are clean although they are not new. The staff is pleasant and accommodating (they allowed us to change site because our site had no tree and stood on a sort...

Very well run campground. Shaded sites, plenty of room, and to many positives to mention here. Helpful staff. Nice camp store and breakfast served 8-10. Close to all attractions. Snack bar with soft serve ice cream open in evening, prices reasonable. Pool, mini golf, and walking trails. No movie outdoors when we were there, disappointed in that. Will definitely stay...
