The Green Park Inn is a very nice historic hotel. We stayed here while taking our son to App State. This is a great hotel for an older, sedate crowd. It has few modern amenities. The A/C in the room is a ductless unit that is remote controlled with no instructions for use. We had to call maintenance to come...

If you're looking for a fancy new hotel where all the rooms are the same, this is not the place for you. This place has character plus. Everyone who worked here was super friendly. Our room was clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and we had a menu to pick from. Hint-try the...

I loved The Green Park Inn! I was there for 2 nights on the tail end of a 9 day vacation and what a wonderful way to end! There is an old-timey elegance to this property and I would totally stay there again. I booked online and got an amazing deal that included a full breakfast and a 3 course...

The hotel is beautiful on the outside. Walking distance to the Blowing Rock but, we drove. We slept on 3rd floor. It was fun hoping to see a ghost but, none showed. I know this hotel is historic but, our bathroom was as well dispite renovations. It was like a gas station restroom. I didn't want to touch anything. We...

Nice older hotel with lots of charm. Food is very good and it has a neat lobby. Convient to town and plenty of parking. It is on the main road but was not too noisy. Staff was nice and helpful. We had our corgi dog and they charge $25 a night for pets.

The Green Park Inn was the perfect hotel for our weekend getaway in Blowing Rock. The 125 year old inn is absolutely beautiful and full of history. We loved the large front porch with rocking chairs, the beautiful lobby and library, and the history room where we could view photos of the inn over the years. Our room was located...

As on previous visits, we enjoyed our stay greatly. We were in large and comfortable ground floor room which the hotel' radiators kept comfortable, quietly. The breakfast were a real treat. And the staff make a real effort to offer suggestions to improve our stay. One hundred and twenty-five year old hotels do have their quirks but those at the...

I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay with us! A 125 year old building certainly has it's quirks, but we love them. Thank you for your compliments to our staff! We'll look forward to welcoming you back soon!

We spent an awesome weekend at this great inn. The Inn was built in the late 1800s so there are beautiful architectural features throughout. It appears the Inn has been renovated recently. The best part of our stay was the jazz piano player, Charlie. What a treat to hear him. He only appears on Friday and Saturday evenings. Breakfast buffet...

We loved the Inn. Loved the old time charm. The room was huge. The view from the balcony was wonderful. Loved watching the golfers from our balcony. The breakfast was good, with very several choices. Our favorite was the nightly piano player. He was so talented. It brought us back in time. The staff was very helpful. Would definitely go...

No views of the mountains but I knew that before arriving. The hotel has a lots of character. The people are easy going and the food at the restaurant was the best we had while in Blowing Rock. Most of it has been remodeled but its still a 120 years old hotel. If your looking for somewhere that ever thing...
