We arrived late, and left around breakfast, but we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and quiet it was. Having never been to Bryson City before, we felt safe and appreciated the hospitality! We went from here to a rented cabin, but we'll be back -- perfect for shorter visits.

Our room was on the first floor, with two queen beds. Clean and efficient with everything we needed. I would have liked a tub for the option to bathe my little ones, but since it was only for one night we could get by. We were in town to ride the Polar Express Train (awesome) and just passing through on...

I booked through hotels.com and even though I had confirmation numbers, they never contacted the hotel to book. This place did a great job going above and beyond to get us in a room and making it work for my family. When we left, the GM checked on us to make sure all was well and apologize even though it...

We stayed here overnight after riding the Polar Express. The staff here was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast had a good many selections and was fresh. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Our stay in Bryson City to ride the Polar Express was made even more pleasant by the courteous staff at Sleep Inn. We were given the adjoining rooms we requested. Rooms were clean and met our needs. The hot breakfast included waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, along with juice, fruit, and pastries.

We stayed here during the week of Thanksgiving and for the Polar Express. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little small but clean. Overall the facility was very pleasant. It was clean and orderly. Staff was pleasant and very accommodating. However, I would have much rather had a larger room with our very active two year old. He drove us insane being cooped up in that tiny space!!! Was thrilled though to have microwave/fridge/coffee pot in the room!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and quiet. There was not an elevator so glad our room was on the first floor. It is about a mile into town with very easy driving access. Would stay there again.
