Our stay was excellent - we were moving to the area and needed convenient reasonably priced accommodations in the interim. Rob at the front desk was extremely helpful with all our questions and really provided excellent service.

Rob at the front desk guided us to the Inn as we drove around in the darkness, then gave us a remodeled room that was very nice and clean. He was very helpful and kind, as were Jared and all the staff. We were very comfortable, and appreciated the well-functioning heater as the temperature dropped and we're Floridians. The price... I guess it was not a bad hotel stay. Keep in mind it is actually a motel. Our room was pretty smoky. The air conditioner / heating until seemed quite loud as well. Just an okay place if in the Chapel Hill area.

Hi Chris- Thank you for leaving a review and please accept my appology if you requested a room move that we could not honor. We are indeed an older, exterior style inn that does have have a smoking section. On busy sold out game weekends we can not always make room moves but we do try to always be accomodating... More

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and service. The rooms are very clean and cute and modern. Staff was super friendly and offered prompt service. The breakfast was good as well. And there is a bar if you want to enjoy a cold beer . We will definitely be back !

The front office staff could not have been nicer. Loved the Tarheels decor and the feel. I was there with my daughter for a UNC tour. But there are a couple things I wish I had known before I booked. This is very much and older Inn. When we checked into our room --- the heat was blasting. It was... More

We were in town for a funeral and Rob at the front desk was accommodating. He moved all out of town family members together and was extremely personable and professional. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. There is no doubt that I will stay here each and every time I visit Chapel Hill.

My daughter and I visited Chapel Hill to tour the UNC campus and stayed over night here the night before. Our stay was a mixed bag. The staff was very friendly and we loved the Carolina sports decor in the lobby (along with banners from all ACC teams). I felt the price was reasonable and there were other good things... More

A large, comfortable room with a king sized bed, desk, couch and plenty of room to spread out. The only downside wad the water only got nice and warm - I like hit showers. This is no deal brasher tho - we'll stay here again!

I would recommend this motel to anyone that wants a nice quiet place to stay. The employees were very nice and helpful during my stay while I had to stay there close to hospital while having test. They shuddled me back and forth to hospital. I got excellent rates.

With the exception of our hotel team, our area shuttle is probably the most popular feature in our hotel! We are thrilled you were able to use the shuttle to get back and forth from the hospital. Parking on campus and at the medical centers can get expensive and it is terrific to sit back and let someone else handle... More
