Our American Airlines flight from Columbus to Charlotte was delayed due to a mechanical issue. The flight eventually landed after midnight and we received a voucher for a hotel because we missed our connecting flight due to the delay. AA gave us a phone number to call with

I was charged a fee of $166.88 for smoking. I am a non smoker. When I filed a complaint I was not believed and was told that housekeeping smelled smoke in my room. If there was a smoke scent, it had probably already been there. I had a cold that day and was unable to smell

I stayed at this hotel after they got my reservation wrong so they put me in a smoking room which I did not want...I DO NOT SMOKE... they billed me twice on my credit card... then when I called to get this straightened out they recharged me $160 extra for smoking... and twice

Breakfast is served from 6:30am-9:30am each morning. There are rooms where the renovation has been completed, however with the hotel selling out most nights, we cannot guarantee that a guest will be placed in the new rooms.
