Yes they do accept pets. The rooms are almost clean. However , the shower control is the worst I have ever encountered, the climate control is poor and they had to change our room because the door lock was not working properly. I like the La Quinta chain but this property could certainly use Improvement.

I was happy to find this to be a nice clean Laquinta. I always travel with my pets. The location is nice and the people that work here are very friendly. Thank you for keeping this location great! Pretty decent breakfast.

Very clean hotel about 10 minutes to the airport with spacious bathrooms and soothing artwork and free wi-fi. No restaurants. The staff are happy to assist with restaurant bookings and taxis to the airport.

Convinient location to stay when visiting Charlotte Motor Speedway. It is a 25 minute drive to the track. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The room was very clean and roomy. Breakfast was fresh and heavy on the white carbs so we opted to eat out where there were more protein options. Overall good value for a short visit.

Groundfloor room for only one night smelt of smoke. We were so zonked after our flight we didn't bother to ask for a change, so other rooms maybe better. After two weeks touring W/ Virginia etc before going back to airport stayed at Sleep Inn which was much nicer very helpful lady took us back to airport

We are unsure if you stayed in Charlotte or Virginia. If you were here, we will be converting to 100% smoke free by years end. We hope that will eliminate our guests from experiencing smoke, especially in our pet rooms which are on our first floor. Have a great holiday season. Paul S General Manager

My company booked the room so I didn't have a choice. The room smelled, old and musty and was nasty. I realize it a pet friendly hotels and I am ok with it. First night heat broke and would not fix it until morning they didn't want to pay after hours service fee. Actually it didn't get fixed until 7:30...

As was explained to you and your spouse's company, we cannot alter the ADA rooms as they exceed the ADA requirements, and would no longer be compliant, changing their structure. Maybe some of the more negative comments have been taken to heart, but my room was clean and my bed very comfortable. The only "fault" I could find was a tiny bit of missing caulk on the bathroom baseboard. That said, the carpet in the hallways is old and has seen better days.
