Good location for the University of North Carolina Charlotte. Eating locations within easy walking distance. Great rooms, clean and spacious. Quiet despite its location. Excellent service from the staff always.

Was only in for a night. I picked this property for it's location. Had I known how strong this hotel was ahead of time, I would've stayed longer (worth the extra drive from the next night's work). Like most Residence Inn's, would be perfect for a longer stay as well. It was like having my own apartment on the road....

If you're ever in Charlotte, stay here! We had full kitchen, spacious room, a great breakfast, and awesome customer service! With a group of a three, plus a dog, it never felt too cramped. Can't wait to go back 😀

Didn't really expect it to be as nice as it was. We were shocked and loved that everything was clean and even when I called to ask where the ice machine was the lady at the front desk brought it to us. Only bad thing was the entrance/exit was a step incline into the place. Had a wonderful stay though.

Had a problem with my eyes and could not drive in Charlotte! Had to stay extra days at hotel. The staff was wonderful here. They went to the store and went the extra mile. The construction driving up was no big deal. It is just the road. Studio suites were very big and very nice! Only needed 10,000 points! For...

During the July weekend power outage, this pet friendly Residence Inn was very accommodating. While other hotels were jacking up rates due to demand in the blistering heat, this Residence Inn was welcoming and affordable Saturday night, especially with needing to get old Fido out of the hot house. The staff was compassionate, and the overall generosity and kindness shown...

We stayed on a Friday night on the way to the Outer Banks. Our kids went to a concert at nearby PNC, and grandparents stayed with the kids. We had a 2 bedroom queen room. Great for traveling families and/or couples traveling together, as children can be put to bed in a room with a closing door, and still a...
