We visited for a weekend in May of 2017. The hotel was very nice, rooms were spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to nearby Rutherfordton. We would stay again if we need to return to this area!

Great hotel. Plenty of parking and food near by. Room was typical hotel room in good condition. Bed was comfortable. Small workout room with just cardio equipment that wasn’t working when I was there. Great breakfast plenty of hot items and selection. Staff was nice.
Absolutely awful customer service! Booked online and somehow it was pushed 3 weeks in advance. Apparently the hotel was sold out for the date needed and the General Manager refused to do anything about it. Claimed that she was "unable".More
