All lost items are immediately logged into our Housekeeping software and then locked in a secure storage room until the lost item can be returned and/or claimed.
I am sorry that you initially had to wait in order to receive information about your item that you left behind in your room. Unfortunately, our Lost & Found department was not available at the time of your inquiry over the weekend; however our Housekeeping Manager becomes aware of any claims every Monday morning, he immediately phones guests, updates them about the status of their lost items and acquires the shipping information.
