We had a wonderful experience at Crews Inn. The Captain's Quarters offered a private bath and entrance. Being on the third floor was like sleeping in a tree house. The location was excellent for walking to the light house, shopping, food and drink, and the harbor. Our drive to the Cedar Island ferry was less than 5 minutes. Ike was...

What an incredible place we found to stay while on Ocracoke. We stayed in the Captain's Quarters a third floor attic with wood coating every surface. It was totally delightful to have our own outside entrance, and yet feel perfectly safe in our cozy get away. The breakfasts were unique and ample but always featured fresh fruit which was so...

One word: AMAZING. We slept in the Crews B&B and absolutely loved it. We had the Captain's quarter room which is in the attic and is the cozyest and coolest room we ever slept in. You even have outside stairs to get to it. All made in wood. The Crews Inn doesn't have keys, no locked doors. We slept all...

We booked the Crews Inn because it seemed like the most affordable. It was that for sure. It is quiet and set back from the road a bit. I loved the feel of it being a well used, and well loved old home. Ike, the caretaker, was great too. As others have pointed out, you come in to find your...

I love this place. We staid on the third floor and had a great room. Breakfast was delightful and the owner is such a nice guy. Will be back in the future to stay again. Claw foot bathtubs get me every time.

Nice little bed and breakfast, slightly tucked away off the main road so it was quiet. No TVs which was a nice break from the norm. Very helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Loved sitting on the porch in the evening and chilling out. We were in the Parlor which was roomy and comfortable. Nice to have a simple cooked breakfast on our schedule. It was nice to have the option of a room on the first floor. My brother-in-law though loved the third floor where he had a great view of the...

I can not express enough how much I enjoyed staying at the Crews Inn. Fabulous service, great location and relaxing environment. I will be back for another visit! The ducks that live in the back yard are very charming as well. There were 4 ducklings and a mom duck. The rooms are cozy and have everything you need.

We stopped here on the second night of a road trip having turned up without a reservation. Initially we found no one around and just as we were about to give up another guest arrived and helped us locate the owner. It's a lovely old house and gardens and is very peaceful and tranquil. It's certainly different from the usual...

We visited here to celebrate our anniversary, and for the price, you can't beat this B&B. We stayed in the Parlor and were very pleased with the A/C and the modern bathroom, although it did not detract from the history of this house. The keepers were nice but not overbearing (they talked when you wanted to talk, but otherwise left...
