Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Our new favourite place - the rooms were spacious and lovely (and really clean) the views of the surrounding mountains stunning, the food at the restaurant amazing cooked with fruit and veg mostly grown on the grounds. Jamaa and Abdul, and the waiters Tariq and Hassan, really went above and beyond to look after us and the whole place has a really personal feel to it. We mostly relaxed by the pool admiring the scenery and gardens, but also did a trek/donkey ride for the kids down to Ouirgane village with a great local guide Ali which the hotel arranged for us, and other trips to surrounding mountain walks/waterfalls are available. The breakfast was incredible - huge and delicious, and they were happy to customise it to what we wanted (the berber eggs cooked in tagine were incredible). Its also really really good value for what you're getting. We'll be back!

We stayed one night and had dinner in Hotel Tatfi. It is an extremely calm and quiet place. Good if you want to relax and have great view in the valley. The sky is stunning at night! Food in the restaurant was very good and we enjoyed our romantic dinner with a view! Truly recommended.

We travelled from Marrakech to Tatfi hotel which was only a short hour and a quarter drive with some great views. Having arrived we found it difficult to arrange any activities through the hotel including walking tours. There is are not many cafes or restaurants nearby but the food at the hotel is excellent. We had mixed weather during our stay and found the room quite cold. A great place to relax after busy Marrakech with stunning views. Ensure you book walking tours or visits in advance as hotel we unable to do this for us.

Dear Madam, Many thanks for your stay with us at Tatfi de l'Atlas, Thanks as well for your feed back. For the guide , we did book one for you the first day when you requested, as we were confused and thought that normally your guided tour is arranged by travel agency as usually done with their clients. Sorry for this incident and hope to see you again Best kinds Tatfi de l'Atlas

Stayed here as part of a walking holiday organised by Fran Loots of AyeCan, based in Scotland. Stay facilitated by the excellent Morocco Trek and Tour organisation. A peaceful and comfortable stay after the hurly burly of Marrakech. Pleasant walks in the vicinity. Food very good and well prepared. Well kept pool. Nearby Ouirgane has a basic village market and the dam is picturesque. A couple of cafes and basic stores very nearby with friendly locals. Hotel staff attentive and helpful as well.

Well! I thought I had died and gone to heaven! The perfect place to get away from it all and chill out! The chalet was good and log burner a real nice touch for my chilly February morning/evening. Staff gave great service and genuinely wanted to please. Food very good. A great base to enjoy some fantastic walks up those beautiful mountains.

My room with its own little terrace was lovely, as were the sheep grazing outside in the late afternoon, The evening meals were good, but the breakfasts a little disappointing. They should provide umbrellas to get to the dining room when it rains!

This guesthouse has a very beautiful garden and swimmingpool. The rooms are bungalows spreaded over the garden. Good bed. Hot shower and they all have a terrace. The staff is very friendly and our stay was just perfect. Breakfast in the garden with a view on the snowtop of the mountain. We had diner at the restaurant and the food was delicious! If you go to the Atlas mountain, a must stay! Price and quality are just perfect. Its very quiet in the environment. If you come for some rest..be my guest. When you go away you are completely stressless

Great location with amazing scenery. Nice rooms with enough heating and warm water for the winter. Very friendly and helpful staff, who also helped to organise an afternoon trek in the surrounding area. Really nice food too. Can't recommend this place enough - perfect escape from Marrakech. Would defo come back.
