Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Staff attentive, friendly and call me by name. Food is amazing. Oyster bisque for new year perfect. Being able to dine inside or outside very nice. Accommodations are private and easily accessible. Stargazing from my patio is amazing. Feel as though I am part of their family and community. My favorite place in Morocco

We had a fantastic few days here. We absolutely loved it! Our room was beautiful, the bed is so comfortable and the linen was of a very high standard. The grounds are amazing and are kept perfectly. The staff are all super friendly and we must particularly mention Rashid and Hamid. The hotel setting is beautiful- surrounded by the high Atlas Mountains. We went in November, it was very warm in the daytime ( although not warm enough to swim in the lovely pool!) but in the evening it was cold. However the massive log fire was so incredibly cosy! We absolutely loved our stay and would love to return and will recommend to friends and family.

A bit of paradise in the Atlas Mountains. Fabulous grounds with magnificent plants, particularly the roses, with accommodation scattered around. Three pools to choose from and a fabulous restaurant and bar. The hotel grows a lot of its own food and you can wander around and see what’s being grown. Our little cottage was beautiful with two terraces, bedroom, living room and huge bath room. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The ideal place to get away for a bit of peace and quiet b fore diving back into Marrakesh

Wonderful and peaceful Wow, what a place. The hotel is beautiful and the planting in and around all of the rooms is simply beautiful. Nestled in Ouirgane and surrounded by the Atlas Mountains. The staff took very good care of us and were so grateful that we didn’t cancel our holiday due to the recent earthquake. There is a little reconstruction going on but it did not bother us at all. We were the only guests there for the first 2 days. The dinners were great and plenty to choose from. Sitting by the fire was a welcome as it was quite chilly in the evenings. We cannot wait to go back. Thank yo so much.

Just spent 4 nights at Domaine de la Roseraire . This is my seventh visit. All have been outstanding 5 star experience. The staff is outstanding, attentive but not intrusive. I became part of their family. The gardens are beautiful and laid out so you can have private setting, if you want. Spent some time by myself and the staff was still there to provide lunch requests. Hotel grounds have numerous trails, paths or roads to walk to take in the views or stretch your legs or quiet area to practice yoga. Meals were served on the large patio with a water fountain. Had a private patio with my room and was able to star gaze at night. Time spent decompressing and just relaxing. Fresh flowers were in my room, too. A wonderful relaxing experience. The location is only an hour from Marrakech.

This was our first stop on a 10--day Moroccan adventure and it was the perfect place to unwind from our busy day-to-day lives and begin our vacation. We found the grounds beautiful, the food plentiful, the rooms clean and comfortable and the service impeccable. Overall it was a great experience and I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed half board in a garden oasis. Magnificent room opening onto a patio close to the main pool bar and restaurant area. Service was attentive and efficient and food was really good. The gardens and grounds are extensive and we could have done with a map to find all the other facilities. Two smaller pools on site with no users plus tennis courts. Shame the spa is being refurbished. Book a local guide to explore the area. The original mosque is 15c and there are graves of great rabbis. A great place to relax and experience the High Atlas.

The staff are lovely and helpful and the gardens are beautiful. It is an enormous property situated in the Atlas and there are lovely walks. However it is faded and jaded and had its day. It is clean but not looked after and is much in need of refurbishment. The food is not good. It is falling into slow disrepair even the gardens arent properly cared for. We couldnt wait to leave.
