My husband, seven year-old son and I stayed here for 4 nights at half-term. Gwen and Lottie were very welcoming and the accommodation itself was very comfortable with everything we needed. We stayed in a family room which was ideal for us. Breakfasts were delicious and enormous! The setting of Combas Farm is idyllic with a beautiful view to wake... More

My daughter and I have just returned from a short stay at combas farm. The farmhouse is in a beautiful location, tucked away in a valley between croyde and putsborough and within easy walking distance of both beaches. The rooms are quaint and immaculate and the sitting room and dining room are charming and homely with views out across the... More

Another stay at Combas Farm and another perfect experience. A place that has been run as a B&B by the same people for more than 50 years might be expected to be fraying round the edges a bit and somewhat behind the times. No such thing at Combas Farm where improvements and additions seem to be the order of the... More

Myself and my husband stumbled across combas farm when looking for a wedding venue in the area - a year later and we have stayed in the cottage, camped and held our wedding reception in the top field in a tipi on the 17th September. It was truly magical, a stunning location and gwen, john and Sally are so kind,... More

Thank you so much Jessica for your lovely review. It really was magical when you had your wedding reception here especially the full moon and the stars, I don't think you needed your generator for lighting!! We hope to see you again soon with, of course Ned and Daisy. Best wishes to you all. More

Firstly, if you want a stay near croyde in a very quiet location, this may be for you. a good 15 minute walk down a muddy track will find you in Croyde, or Putsborough in the other direction. Gwen is the perfect host and very welcoming, with homemade cake and tea on arrival The rooms are clean and comforatable, which... More

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. We are always looking for ways to improve and would be grateful if you could clarify what advertised electrical's were missing. The only possibility that came to mind could be if you missed the razor point in the end of the light fitting over the mirror? I was disappointed... More

We had been invited to a wedding in Georgeham but did not want to stay in a self-catering chalet close to Saunton beach just for two nights like all our relatives, (all the fag of buying food for breakfast and then deciding what to do with the rest). Hence the preference for a B & B, close to the Georgeham... More

We were delighted to find this lovely farm house. Our room was great with comfy beds and views looking out onto the gorgeous garden and surrounding countryside. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We heard owls at night! The breakfast is really great, including the homemade fruit compote and jam. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome. It was... More

This is a wonderful farmhouse b&b in Croyde village. Cosy, clean and very comfortable rooms with delicious home cooked breakfast. Staff are lovely, very helpful and friendly. The house and garden really are picture postcard pretty. We had a wonderful weekend and cannot wait to return again.

My mother stayed in the B&B and she could not fault it. The food was lovely and plentiful. The room was clean and the view wonderful over the beautiful garden. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. There is a lane alongside the Farmhouse that leads to Croyde. This can be a little muddy, but wellies can be provided !

Colin and Kate, lovely to see you again this year and so pleased Mum enjoyed her luxurious bed rather than be under canvas with the rest of the family. Hope to see you in 2017. Would not be lovely Devon countryside without a little mud!! More
