Booked the motel online for a certain date. Occupants of the double room decided to extend their stay so we were upgraded to a King room for the same price. Motel staff were very nice and friendly We had a pleasant surprise, the room was not what we expected as the motel has been there for a while. The room was...

We stayed recently for a Wedding.....and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and had all the things included that was advertised. The current owners have done a fantastic job of fixing things up and the breakfast at Jude's Cafe was fantastic.....great value for money and tasty food....!! If we ever need to stay in the area again, we...

We stayed 1 night and the room was great. It was big enough for 2 people and clean. It had all the essentials (coffee, milk, microwave, small fridge, heaters, air conditioner and electric blanket) also a nice tv. It is located so close to the town centre only a 4 minute drive.

Rooms in need of work, no hand basin or power points in bathroom, banging water pipes with shower water hard to control at a comfortable temperature. Heating in rooms not spectacular, curtains not fitting windows with not all windows having coverings so rooms very light very early in the morning, café only open for breakfast and only open from 8...

Hi Wendy L sorry the room was not quite up to your expectation, we are always working towards upgrading our rooms and making them more comfortable for our guests. The room you had originally booked was a Standard Queen room(1 bed)($95.00) and our only twin room that has the 2 single beds for the same cost was NOT available on...

Pretty tragic but really cheap. The room STANK of air freshener when we checked in. It was truly awful so we had to wave the door open and closed for a bit to get the stink out. The fridge was so noisy we had to unplug it to get any sleep. However, over the road is Vintners Bar and Grill...

This is an ideal Motel for all activities and sight seeing in the Clare Valley. A most comfortable room with good facilities. However, the heating system needs to be overhauled as this room was very cold and the heater was inadequate being a floor heater only. Staff are friendly

We were disappointed when we got to our room as it was very dated and needs a good facelift. The room was small and the bed wasnt a queen more like a double. It was reasonably clean but towells small and worn. We wouldnt stay here again and to be honest should have checked more into the motel before booking....

The hotel is clean and the staff pleasant. The rooms are small. the bed OK. The big bonus is the fantastic restaurant directly across the road. Vintners bar and grill. The cheapness of the hotel compensates for the high quality but expensive restaurant with no risk of a drink driving fine.

We stayed here for 2 night over the Anzac Day weekend , and even though the Motel is old and dated , it was perfectly fine for our stay , as it was a clean , cosy and comfortable room . Best of all it is right across the road from one of the best restaurants in the area ,...

This is an older motel, just off the main road into Angaston. The manager was very helpful and polite on arrival. The room was clean and neat. Towels, soap and shampoo etc were provided, and were good quality. The bed was listed as a Kingsize, but was, as is common in hotels, just two single beds pushed together. The centre...
