Stayed one night whilst on route to south western Victoria. Right from first contact the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had booked the accommodation by phone prior to the start of the journey. I had given an estimated time of arrival and we were running a little late. The staff actually called to see how far out we were. This impressed me. As it was we were about 5 minutes away.
At check in the same friendliness was extended by the staff who also enquired if we needed any further information about the motel, the town or maybe eating places. Thank you to Santosh and Gulshan for your hospitality.
The room was to the back of the property and was very quiet. The room was neat and very clean. It was of a comfortable size for two with all the facilities that you come to expect in a motel. The shower was good with a steady flow of hot water that was almost instantaneous. As we were leaving quite early the next morning we did not bother to check the wifi but rather used hotspotting with phones.
This is certainly a property that we would stay at again if in the Bordertown area again.

Our room has recently been made over, with new mattress on the bed - which is the best mattress we have slept on in accommodation for a very long time! Beautiful towels, quality bath accessories, crisp clean sheets and pillow cases, new furniture, complimentary tea making facilities, utensils for in-room dining, toaster, new split-system air conditioner and new shower and toilet facilities, with great shower head. The room was clean and neat and very suitable for our short stay of one night. Quiet location overlooking a local park. Polite reception staff. Highly recommend.

I stayed at 105 On The Park for two separate nights as I travelled to and from a work commitment in regional Victoria in late January and early February, 2024.
This lovely motel has undergone renovations in recent times and the rooms I had on each visit were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Fridge, microwave, clean bathrooms and a comfortable bed, plus all the extra things you need on a trip like this, such as cutlery, iron, ironing board and so on.
Being set back from the highway, the location is very quiet. The lady at reception was very pleasant and helpful, and checking in and out couldn't have been easier. It's literally a two minute drive into the town centre to find dinner (I ate at the Woolshed Inn: great pub food).
I'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the economy queen for a stopover on the drive back from Adelaide to Melbourne. Our room was exceptionally clean, had all the ammenities we needed (wifi, crockery, toiletries, ironing board) and as we were arriving after the office was closed our key was waiting for us when we got there. You can tell the owners have pride in what they want to offer. Little things like laminated instructions for various things in the rooms, planter boxes with flowers outside each room, tasteful decorations of each room etc all add to a pleasant stay and very good value for money.

This is the best motel of its kind I have ever stayed in. The new owners are making a huge effort to renovate it to a very high standard. Our unit was first class, the bathroom, the fittings, the accessories and the cleanliness were superb. It's close to the highway, but at the other side of the park, so no road noise to speak of and very quiet. Can't recommend them highly enough and will make sure we go there again if we are in the area

I stayed at 105 On The Park when driving from Adelaide to Melbourne..
From the minute I walked in the door I could feel that a lot of care and attention went into making sure guests had a comfortable stay - it is a simple place like many of these small town motels are, but everything was comfy, clean and great attention to detail that shows they really think about what you might need. I had a good sleep and was able to get on my way. Thoroughly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here, on our way to Melbourne. We stayed in a Deluxe Queen room. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows, couch was large and comfy to sit on during the day too, and still gave ample room for a portacot/baby play space. Fabulous water pressure in the showers (didn't care that they hadn't been renovated yet, still lovely), air-conditioner worked really well on a hot day, enough power points to charge phones, and I think this is one of the cleanest motel rooms I've ever stayed in! Very friendly staff at the front desk also. We will stay here every time on our way through now!

Host called the room "BASIC" but on entering it was more... microwave, iron,tv,fridge table chairs, air con etc..large bathroom and very comfortable beds will excess pillows available, was worried about traffic noise as i travelled from the High country in Vic, however slept silently. Parkland so close that other guests were playing cricket... shops so close that it was easy to walk. Would definitely stay again on my travels to visit family in Adelaide... Well done Hosts..

Thank you Kristin and Mark for making our stay so perfect whilst we were visiting friends in Bordertown. 105 On The Park, the name speaks for itself, directly opposite is the park, small lake and playground which my granddaughter got great delight in playing there each morning. The location is extremely quiet, set back from the main highway, a short walk across the park to the beautiful Bordertown swimming pool, and a short distance are the shops and hotels. My daughter surprised me with one of the newly renovated rooms (all to myself)!! It was beautifully appointed, decorated with the highest degree of thought and taste the bed was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and the quietest air con ever! My daughter had a large room with her 5 yr old and although it was one that had not been renovated as yet, it was also spotless and very comfortable, this motel is a real hidden treasure! A perfect place to stop over between the Melbourne to Adelaide journey. Thank you Kristin & Mark for making our stay so enjoyable, everyone was so friendly and helpful, we wish you well in your venture, you have done an amazing job, we will certainly look forward to staying with you again.
Kindest Regards Pam Deeble

Hi, Thanks for your enquiry. All our deluxe rooms have Queen beds (unfortunately none any larger than Queen). Room rate is $100.00 per night. We also have economy Queen rooms which are $85.00, however the size of the room and the ensuite is much smaller. If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Regards Kristin
