We came over for the first time as part of a package deal and for the price you couldn't ask for more. Stayed at many 4-5 star hotels around the world and even though this isn't, my sleep was fine and the same with the family. Yes like other reviews the place could do with some improving but for what...

Stayed here on a deal for two nights accommodation, breakfast and one day ski hire. This property is was pretty good for the price we paid, but I'm not sure I'd fork out the full price. It's your standard ski lodge. Very short walking distance to the Village, which was great after a long day of skiing. Disappointed with the...

Our family had a wonderful time at the Alpine retreat. The location is great and the staff were friendly. The only thing that needed improving was the squeaky bunk beds. ( family room for 5 people) Whenever someone moved at night, the noise woke us all up. We enjoyed the hot spa/ pool at the end of the day!

This is the second time we have stayed here- the toilet was leaking water and it took 24 hours for them to fix it. The water leaked into the carpet and stank!!! We couldn't flush the toilet during this time. The breakfast service was disgusting with no milk, spoons and the service by the manager Bradley was deplorable when asked...

Was really looking forward to the 3 night Mt Buller escape obtained via Groupon but to be honest was really disappointed... perhaps my expectations were different but this is definitely "budget" accommodation... The in house "Live Music" was unambiguously "loud" till 1.00am every night, some of the other "guests" did not value or respect the "privacy" of other guests, the...

Great friendly staff and very accomodating. Rooms are comfortable and cosy and their onsite restaurant has delicious great quality food. This hotel also catered for my young family of three kids with a warm indoor pool and spa, great size games room and fully stocked ski hire shop on site. We would definitely be back to stay again

The facilities were very basic and dated, but were clean. Breakfast was limited with cereal, toast, juice and a hot drink only. You get what you pay for. Great location and a very helpful ski hire place on site
