We had 2 nights here last weekend, and could not fault this accommodation. Home away from home with all amenities, and lovely hosts, who live onsite but quite some distance from the 3 Chalets. Would we stay here again, DEFINITELY. Hopefully we can book it again next year about the same time. Mary supplied 8 scones, with Jam and Cream which mostly my husband demolished, though I managed to get 2!!! Yummy and a real treat. The 4 bedroom house was super clean, comfortable and warm. Perfect sleep quality, would have been nice to have a 2nd toilet, but it was only the two of us, so no problem, but with a possible 8 occupants could be difficult, one bathroom and one separate toilet.

It's the perfect place to stay if you work around Gingin. The owner are really helpful and friendly. We enjoyed staying their for a few weeks. The chalets are really clean and perfect to share with other worker's. :) Hope you will enjoy it as much as we did!

My extended family and friends have spent another amazing Easter long weekend at Brookside. We rent all three chalets (each sleeping ten people) and set up and outdoor communal area on the grass with trestles and portable shade gazeboes. The view of lush paddocks and happy cows was beautiful! Many a bubbly and cheese platter shared as the sun sets and we used all the BBQs to cook big breakfasts for everyone. Mary and Mike are always so warm and welcoming. They came down on Sunday evening and joined in the Easter festivities with us! They are so personable. The chalets themselves have everything you need; fully equipped kitchen, beds, linen, big lounge area, outdoor chairs, BBQ...the works! Thank you Mary & Mike for another wonderful stay and we hope you'll have all of us back next Easter! …

What a fantastic weekend at Brookside! We walked into our fresh, clean accommodation and were greeted with beautiful fresh scones jam and cream on the table. The unit overlooked the beautiful green country side and the stream that runs through the back of the property. The bed linen was crisp and clean and the unit was very comfortable. The unit we had slept 8 which made it very affordable after splitting the cost between the two families. Owner Mary was very warm and welcoming and I couldn't fault the quality all round. We took a drive up to Seabird for the day and spent some time at the beach and enjoyed the Moore river the day before. This really is an exceptional option if your looking for great basic accommodation North of the river. Gingin is growing and has some lovely tourist options in the area.…

Many of the reviews mention being family stay. Our business requires regional visits and I recently stayed at the Chalets with a colleague. Each villa has a large central lounge and kitchen, with four bedrooms each. This worked great for my colleague and I as we both got time out at the end of the day. The hosts were most accomodating, providing a generous dinner and breakfast in the comfort of our villa. There are lovely views of the valley, and I slept with windows open to take in the cool night air. A great find.

We stayed in the accomodation for 3 months because we worked near. The place is really nice and quiet , the kitchen is good and all the place is daily clean so it's really pleasant to stay there. The nearest beach is at 10 minutes drive. Mike and Mary are so kind and helpfull ! We definitely recommand this place !

Really lovely, quiet, peaceful, country location (but also only 10 mins from the ocean Guilderton/Moore River) and a perfect venue for us. We hired two of the chalets for 16 ladies on a yoga/art retreat. Very spacious, lovely views, clean and comfortable. The basket of freshly baked scones, jam and cream was a lovely touch and delicious. Some of us enjoy horse riding and there is an excellent riding place over the road (1800 trailrides), Delightful, affordable weekend escape. Highly recommended. Thank you Mary and Mike.

We rented the 3 chalets once again for a large group over the Easter weekend and had a superb time, in spite of the weather. Everything you need is provided in extremely comfortable, 4 bedroom, large living area chalets that are capable of accommodating 10 people. There is plenty of space outside for activities and waking up in the morning to watch the sun rise over the surrounding countryside was beautiful, especially after some rain. The location also means that noise is not an issue when you have a large group of people. Mary and Mike go above & beyond in ensuring your stay is memorable. We can't wait to return!

What a fantastic spot for a big family group like ours! Been for two consecutive years now and rented the three houses and had an amazing time both visits. Easy to get to, plenty of space, beautifully maintained and houses were stocked with everything we needed. Service was excellent and everyone wants to go back again next year. Thanks Brookside!

We went to Brookside for a 50th birthday weekend. Hired out all 3 chalets, 4 people took caravans, 1 camper trailer and 1 tented. Ages ranged from 3 months to 70 a great time was had by all. The owners were fantastic and the property and facilities provided were awesome.
