We decided to stay a night in Northam before we did the Hot Air Balloon the next morning. Upon arrival we were met by Ken who showed us the room and told us some places where we could get some dinner in the area. The room itself was small and basic but had everything you needed with a double bed,...

We stayed one night at Liddelow on Avon, we were greeted by the owner Ken and he showed us to our room. The room was clean but very average. A little disappointing compared to our previous B&B experiences. The rooms need some maintenance and the grounds need some TLC.

Was greeted by Ken and his wife Anna who run the B&B right on the river. He explained about how the B&B works as he led me to my room. He opened the bar fridge showing me the fruit juice, toast and fruit. He then showed me where to find the cutlery, plates, cereal, tea and coffee. Everything was spotless...

We stayed over night to go hot air ballooning the next morning very early. It was great as we got a discounted price for the early check out. The man who runs it is very helpful and helped direct us to a good picnic spot to see the sunset. It had all we needed and was a comfortable stay.

My wife and I stayed there for the one night having been recommended by the Visitor Information Centre as we wanted a room with ensuite. We were met by Ken who was a most helpful gentleman and he showed us to our room. It was pretty small and depressing but had a king bed and an ensuite. The microwave enabled...

Our only reason for needing accommodation was for the early morning to go ballooning. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly gentleman named Ken and shown to our small but adequate room. Before he left he advised us that the bugs were bad and to keep the door closed (no screen door) but there was no bug spray...

We stayed at Liddelow on Avon for one night in April 2013. The room (no breakfast as we were going ballooning the next morning) was $100. We had a little cottage away from the main house. It was clean and comfortable with a double bed (not king or queen), flat screen TV, fridge, tea & coffee etc. The bathroom was...

Service was friendly and informative. Shown choice of rooms which we chose outside room away from the house so we would not disturb anyone with our 4am exit as we were supposed to go with Balloon Sunrise the next morning only to find out that the word around town was the staff had quit and and they were going to...
