Best of the best B and Bs. Always a wonderful experience to visit. Linda is a wonderful host. Always willing to go the extra mile to make a visit memorable. Breakfasts one of the best features of any visit....and available at any time. no matter how early your t-time might be.

IF you are lucky enough to: A. be in Southern Pines, NC and B. Stay at Covington House, then you will have stayed at The Best! We have stayed at many, many B&Bs, but, this place is in a class all by itself. If you have read the other reviews, you know what I mean. The house, itself, is amazing...

Stayed at the Covington House a few weeks ago. We hadn't stayed here for almost ten years. It was like going home (well nicer than my home). Linda welcomed us back like lost family members. The house is just as beautiful now as when we use to stay here over a decade ago. Breakfast as varied and fresh as a fine...

We stayed here recently while visiting our son at Fort Bragg. This incredibly lovely home was comfortable and the food was great but really, the family and staff make this an unforgettable place. We felt like we found not just a nice place to stay but truly nice people who cared about us and our vacation. I've been lucky traveling but...

The photo above is about as misrepresentative of the real Covington House as one could imagine. Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright, the architect has created a lovely and imaginative living space, situated on a bucolic setting. The bedrooms are each unique and comfortable. Linda and Gail went over the top in welcoming us and making us to feel like part...

The Covingtons were very welcoming and gave us the run of the house. The house has a very intesting design and a beautiful location. The whole place has a very relaxed atmosphere and is pleasantly seculded. The outdoor pool is amazing; don't forget your swim suit. The breakfast was delicious and the Covington family is a great source of local...

Wow! The Covington House IS NOT your typical 100 year old B&B! It was built in 1979 and inspired from a Frank Lloyd Wright design and this place rocks! It has over 5000 Sq Ft of common area and a Grand Piano on the 2nd floor loft that overlooks a beautiful pond. If you are lucky, you may be able...

I came across this great Bed and Breakfast through a 2 week stay for a travel assignment in the area. I felt so welcomed and comfortable in the gorgeous house. The house, decor, and grounds are beautiful. An amazing infiniti pool overlooking the lake is so relaxing. There are also a couple of horses on the grounds which are nice...

We have stayed at the Covington House many times. Our parents live in the senior living community accross the street. Whenever we visit with them we stay at the Covington House. The home and it's grounds are very relaxing and beautiful and may we say unique in that the home is a Frank Lloyd Wright creation. Nothing like it. The...
