Not a cookie cutter place. Our suite was regatta themed. Newly painted, fresh curtains and other updates. Well priced and steps from downtown restaurants, river walk and Thallian Hall. Large, with separate bedroom, small kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, utensils. Separate sitting are with cafe table and two outdoor chairs overlooking inner courtyard. Definitely would stay there again.

It's so dated...horrible smell..very musty...really ugly furniture and shower and the toilet 🚽 is gross. I have stayed in hotels all over the world..this is just a neglected mess...do not book this..replace toilets seats...really worn...no ice anywhere...go buy it across the street..I have never stayed in a hotel/motel that didn't have an ice machine? Stupid...room smelled gross!!!!!!!

We're very sorry to hear about your disappointment with our hotel. We always ask guests about their stay at check out and we really wish that you would have said something to us at that time. We count on guests to inform us of these types of things so that we can better address problems as they arise. We do...

The Wilmingtonian is an older place that is in excellent condition. It was almost like stepping back in time. Reception was wonderful. Very nice snacks with juice and muffins in the morning. The room with a kitchenette was excellent and the location was superb. No complaints, would definitely stay again.

My husband and I spent one night here to break up a road trip, and we enjoyed our stay very much. It's only two blocks from the waterfront, shopping, and restaurants. Check-in was easy, and the staff were very accommodating for us. The grab and go breakfast items include coffee, soft drinks, juice, bottled water, breakfast bars, fruit, and large...

Just loved this place. Great location, great price. Clean, friendly, cozy and loved the themed rooms. Located right by front street by all the historical homes and a block from the inter coastal. Definitely come to this place!

I was greeted by Pam and Mike at reception. Did not have a reservation but there were rooms. Mike showed us the room before we rented it. Both these folks were outstanding. Room was awesome. Fireplace rocked. Just old school charm. Will stay here again and again.

Had a room on the second level. Actually a small apartment with full kitchen, Living room, bathroom and bedroom. The bed was shoehorned into the space but it worked out well. Queen size. Dated overall but great place to stay and staff. Would be rated a solid 3 plus on a one to five for hotel rating. Clean. Rocking chairs...

We spent 2 nights here. The room was OK, although very old fashioned. We had a frog in our bedroom hopping about which freaked me out, especially as we were on the 1st floor! The breakfast consisted of coffee/juice/water, muffin/cookie. I suppose you could argue it was just something to snack and go.

I don't know where to start. The initial impression of the exterior is dismal, the hotel check-in "office" is the same, a small room with a clerk behind a small counter. We checked in because the city was hosting a huge Triathlon event for the weekend and no other hotel rooms were available. We had booked this room with 2...

My first visit to Wilmington and over-awed with the number of hotels available. We picked this one because of its "Name" and location! And IT IS on the very edge of the historical district; location-wise you won't be disappointed. Many, many places to eat and drink within a few yards walk. Its a beautiful area, and full of history. At...
